  @EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.

  @LeilaniDowding @EE Seen this first hand when power go's down for some time and yes its carnage. WiFi, cell towers all go down, no card works at shops, Becomes very ferrel very quickly. Why i went Starlink can power that off a power cube or generator and always keep cash..............

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons
