Today I finally managed to terminate my @EE account after leaving in August. I spoke on Chat, I spoke on Twitter DM and I had a telephone appointment that wasn’t honoured to no avail. Today a friendly and courteous assistant in an EE shop finally helped me

@SamsungUK hi I've order the new S22 ultra from @EE , but there having problems getting hold of the phone so was tod it could be upto 4 weeks or more before I get 1, so is there anything I can do to claim my galaxy buds?

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

@EE Nothing to do with outages, you plain LIED when claiming to have a good network. Poor signal strength ALL THE TIME in the area I live, and no 5G in the west end!! I should have stayed with Vodafone. You get what you pay for.

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going into contract with @EE on TV & Broadband. I was miss sold on their call of which they now have no recording of. Leaving me with the only option to cancel free of charge, rather than just including Netflix that was offered 👍🏻 steer clear
