    @ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

    Shocking pre Christmas service from @EE, failing to deliver a package and then refusing to honour orignal sale price despite their courrier being responsible for failed delivery.

    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising itโ€™s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    @Footballparky @EE Iโ€™ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So Iโ€™ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE The only reason I wonโ€™t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and itโ€™s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

    Suffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

    Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me Iโ€™m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save ยฃ1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract Thatโ€™s EE for you never keep there word.

    @BenGungyal @EE Seems more like **** family members not helping out enough. Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. Lets hope you're not emergency contact, because it'll take 15 years later before you know they've died
