    Shocking pre Christmas service from @EE, failing to deliver a package and then refusing to honour orignal sale price despite their courrier being responsible for failed delivery.

    @EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

    @EE Good morning Helen. They fixed the problem, the issue is I never contracted a second line but apparently was paying for it for months, money I’ll never see back of course…

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE They're happy to take money from you the customer but not always so helpful if you need something from them. And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

    @EE Help. I need to urgently go to Bosnia Herzegovina on Monday and have an EE payg SIM card. I have topped up credit on top of the monthly sim only plan but I can only call home numbers in Bosnia but it won’t allow me to call mobile numbers. How can I?

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE I found #EE to be a good network and generally customer service & support personnel were without fault. However, where the company still fails is it's inflexible attitude around tariffs for monthly pay/contracted customers. Unlike competitors they will not allow tariff drops.

    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    Suffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom

    Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

    So I rang @EE to cancel an additional line that I HAD NEVER CONTRACTED and they cancelled my phone line instead

    @EE Been with ee last 15 years, got 5 products and broadband. Never missed a payment, just been to a store to upgrade, got told I was in the top credit banding and was told I couldn’t get the upgrade as I’ve failed the credit check for agreement !

    @EE Incompetent staff. A total of over 6 hours on the phone the last couple of weeks to sort a straight forward issue. Being told different things each time I call and having to explain each time. 2 complaints made Will be cancelling after 10 years Absolute frauds

    @EE hi, broadband has been struggling for the last few days, after a long battle got through to a technician on Wednesday evening, apparently we need a new power supply for our router, it’s still not arrived. The likes of Amazon would get it here in 24 hours. We now have no TV, radio etc and no options as we line in an area with a poor 3G signal. Help

    Can anyone recommend an health centre in Skopelos where I will be able to get blood oxygen level tests done twice a week whilst I’m on holiday? @EE have really left me up the creek without a paddle for their over promising and under delivering. A long time loyal customer left medically vulnerable whilst they go above and beyond for new customers. Time to exit stage left I think!

    @EE as a new customer the customer service with my issue regarding not getting OTP to set up my account and not able to have text messages from pac code is disgusting been on phone 3 times over pass 5 hrs been told different things already makes feel I pick wrong network to join
