And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.
