@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

@EE Sorry, yes 3gb, that's my bad.....but still 3gb for £19 a month...... When there are deals out there for £10 giving more than double that on other networks. I'm just struggling to see why on earth I should pay that much when I'm just trying to downgrade to a sim only.

@Cosmology_Geek @EE Sadly I've seen a big spike in their prices in the last 12 months, and since I currently pay around £250 for the entire family, I was looking to bring a bill down, but they seem to be happy charging me £19 for 3gb. But as I said, I'll give them a call.

@EE Yes, we've rebooted the router 8 times and each time it resets the 'Internet' LED light just constantly flashes red (both wireless LEDs full green as is the broadband LED). Its been a problem since 4.30pm ish.

Hey @EE are U sure LTE is back to normal on the mast covering CF644QS? [LTE-A on Band 3.] work was carried out to add 800mhz. It's complete now. 'cos I'm seeing lower signal on my phone. 🤔 [Though I know U had to switch 2G off for a day as 999 calls failed to route!!!]

@EE Restarted it already 3 times everything's plugged in and goes red hence why I asked if the problem could be your end not mine
