    @EE are you having broadband issues . In the LE11 area. Just had a call from BT saying all providers in area have slow running broadband and I can claim money back .

    @EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

    @ferociousdiablo @EE @MartinSLewis The oumbudsman won't help I have been told today by an executive customer reviews resolution team from EE that it's their own oumbudsman team ofcom may be a better way to resolve your complaint or its court action.

    I had a response before to contact @EE but as stated previously, due to bad experiences with other companies when calling & then not accepting what was said on a call, I’ve emailed you & await your response. I’m seriously now thinking should I stay with #EE for broadband & phone!
