Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. £600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.
-
Nelly - @thebaines.bsky.social (@thebaines) reported@EE We tried an option where we have slight increase and installation was due, but even keeping the same it still said installation was required. tim davis (@timdavis87) reportedIs @EE the hardest organization to speak to. Instead of meaningless text options why not answer a phone. And why when you open a complaint will you close it unless I contact you. Surely you should contact me to say how and when it’s been resolved. Absolutely appalling
-
AFCdonnilad (@afcdonnilad) reportedPT2 @WeAreOpenreach @BT @EE Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately.
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@CathyJoslin @EE Are you receiving automated texts from other senders? That's the best test of whether this is a sender-specific issue, or an end-user-specific one. That then dictates the course of action to rectify.
-
Mared Williams (@mared_williams5) reported@EE just had someone at our door from EE talking about cables being replaced, slow internet speeds, who we’re with. He had ID. said no when asked if he was trying to sell smth. he clearly was. In LL65 postcode and he asked for phone no. Can you shed some light on what this was?
-
Jake Murphy (@jake_murphy95) reported@shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about £80 then deals expired, went to £92 and now it’s it’s £106 Before I called them a few months ago it was £112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick
-
Steveo (@SteveA39845825) reported@EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!
-
AFCdonnilad (@afcdonnilad) reportedPT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.
