When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

Wasnโt sure if this is a problem@with my order or if Iโm halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

Customer Services say itโs at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!
