I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

Had nothing but trouble with replacement sim cards, even new handsets at own cost thru my insurance. No help from EE whatsoever.

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

I never used the SIM and after 180 days EE wiped the SIM clean, stealing my £5! What idiot thought that was a good idea, because I will NEVER EVER use EE in future! *****!
