Spoke to @EE regarding not having any signal in and around my home. Saying they cannot offer any assistance. Got myself a new contract, but they're not even willing to release me from contract or let me port my number if I carry on paying contract. #EE #shocking #greedy

Hey @EE Looking to upgrade and chatted online. Sadly as an existing customer with 4 phones on EE you could not/ would not beat a deal for new customers on EE but through a third party @buymobiles @metrofone. 😪😪😪

Hi @EE I've sent my early upgrade phone back to Brightstar and have confirmation it was delivered Monday, however I've had nothing since, except a text telling me to return the phone, the deadline is Sat and they never answer the phone, can you help?

@EE upgraded on 19th December, phone still not arrived after originally saying it could take up to 28 days. Decided to cancel my upgrade and order from Apple directly who have delivered the phone in less than 24 hours. Shambles

@EE Matching the deal by £3 a month was all that it would have taken. Obviously EE don't need £600 over 2 years and would rather lose a customer over £72! Which kind of cements it with your reply, which should have been "How can we stop you leaving for a rival?"
