    @EE in my 3 decades in the IT industry, I've never come across such poor customer service as @EE . Spending thousands each month, its taken me over 9 months of trying just to get an invoice.

    Please nobody else make the mistake of switching from all sky to @EE @NOW ! It’s really the worst tv package I’ve had. No UHD channels on any good channels - which I had with sky. Was told I would by sales but I don’t. You can’t record it just shortcuts the program to a catchup

    I have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer

    @EE hi, is there an email address I can contact you on please? I’m abroad and have no mobile services. Phone is dead unless on wifi and your chatbot is not helpful. I cannot call 150 as I have no signal. Thanks

    Hi @EE, my broadband has been down for over 40 hrs and all I keep getting sent is messages that it will be fixed at various times or within next 4 hrs. I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.

    @EE broadband down about 6 times over the last 3 days. Poor service. Has meant no internet and not able to watch TV as your TV service runs through Broadband! Not a happy household

    I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so
