@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

@EE if I run Speedtest on my 5G I get around 300mb/s if I then tether my computer to the phone (3 feet away) the pc can only get 30/down 2/up. How come you restrict it?

@EE Hi, are you aware of any issue's with wifi calling? Worked fine for me until yesterday. Now as soon as i dial a any number the call just terminates. Calls work fine on 4g.

@mouthwaite @EE I've been them for few years and never had reason to complain. Replaced my phone within 48hrs when I broke it, upgraded in less than 30 min phone call very recently and also very helpful during the moving house process.

@mouthwaite @EE They saw no problem with how I was spoken to. They advised I return to the store to speak to the manager (who was equally useless). Long story short, EE called me when I stoped paying bills and cancelled my account to make it all go away. Wouldn’t go with EE if you paid me!!

@mouthwaite @EE Tesco mobile service coverage has terrible reputation, you can't get signal on a tesco mobile in my mums village in Warwickshire what so ever or Vodafone Yet you can get EE 4G and Virgin at a push

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care it seems they don't!.

@mouthwaite @EE Can't fault EE have really bad credit because of ex husband yet EE gave me a contract and it's obviously increased my credit, I had a recent issue and couldn't pay on bill date yet they reconnected my phone and allowed me to pay on the date I said I could
