Anton Roscoe Minnion (@antoniominnio) reported from Liverpool, England@EE So were you not investing in infrastructure or protecting vulnerable customers 5 months ago when I signed up? Was this not costed out then? I suspect 3.9% reflects what you feel you can extract from customers to help increase profit margin.

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Simon James π (@UKMondoMan) reported@EE Issue now resolved. Not the outcome I was looking for but a fair compromise.
-
Linda Knott π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ (@L1ND4K) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.
-
KP (@96Swinger) reported@EE Hello, I purchased some earbuds from yourself but they have now broken (purchased in March) Are these still under warranty and is there anything I need to do?
-
businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
-
micka9990 (@Michael66108716) reported@EE Can you give me a number straight to customer support , be 10x easier if you had online chat like most suppliers have
-
Carl Meah (@MeahCarl) reported@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk @EE your service is absolutely pathetic π
-

-
Matt (@MattHone06) reported@EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and Iβm seriously considering changing providers.
-
Also Stu (@stuinweymouth) reported@EE Looked on app. Still has original contract. No sign of new one. I know you have cancelled it. Itβs not the first time. I will just cancel it and go elsewhere. The number is not important although can be ported. I have 9 lines and 5 out of contract. Your choice
-
VisionsofGold (@VisionsofGold) reportedSo @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
