@EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

@EE @XboxSupport My @EE Phone Contract covers Xbox Game pass Ultimate, I've had the contract since April and received the Game pass for free with no issues. On the 20/9/21 the Xbox billing history says "Charged Failed" and I've called both of you and both keep passing the baton.

@NadineDorries @BorisJohnson Thanks for that info Nadine, but it doesn’t help when my download speed is 2 mb per sec. Maybe you can congratulate yourself when everyone has super fast broadband. I don’t get a discount from @EE for the poor service provided. I pay like everyone else.

@EE I have sent a dm already. I am looking to upgrade to the Samsung galaxy z flip 3. However, there is only the option of damage cover insurance online. Are you not offering full cover insurance for this phone? It's a real deal breaker if you aren't.

@EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

**** you very much @EE for sneakily stealing my data boost and roaming. No thanks to your enforced 12-24m ‘plans’. Rest assured that when I return to Plague Island from Europe I’ll be ditching your SIM and home broadband services. Good riddance.

@TalkTalk Hi, internet. It seemed to go back on after a router restart. You really need to communicate that customers might have to do this whenever you do maintenance. Never had to do this with an ancient @EE router we had for years.
