@sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

@kevinbacon @EE You can’t operate an iPhone 14 in space. Not without a cellular network which would require a satellite two way transponder and a computer server and have a link via Goonhilly Down satellite station to your network.

Can anyone help please? I had to leave my husband very quickly in awful circumstances & have rented for 3 years as I’m still not divorced. EE have taken money from me for 21 extra months after a contract was paid off for his Ipad. How is this legal? @TheFCA @EE @MartinSLewis

@EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

@JP_CAFC @EE @VodafoneUK Wouldn't recommend Vodafone. No internet for over 24 hours, no idea when it will be fixed. Pay for broadband speeds of 63mbps getting only 13 max, that's in London. The service is abysmal.

@santanderuk I recently called you as I bank with yourselves, I rang on 03 no but you changed it internally to 09 number which meant I got charged by ee that's shocking to treat loyal customers who bank with you (scam) @EE were good enough to refund some of call charges back
