  • KBLyon Barry Lyon (@KBLyon) reported from St Helens, England

@EE So basically you're calling your own 4g network rubbish and you've been lying to us all these years.

  • MKTINGW1Z Rami El-Boghdadly (@MKTINGW1Z) reported from Hindley, England

So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

  • PaulWellmanuk Paul Wellman (@PaulWellmanuk) reported from Aintree Village, England

@EE Turned up at your shop in Aintree at 19:50 and its shut!! Not impressed as im a new customer moving to you from another sevice of 10 + years to collect my new phone!!

  • WirralLiverpool Andy Wroblewski (@WirralLiverpool) reported from Birkenhead, England

@EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

  • DanMiller944 Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Seaforth, England

@DeadWords44 @AndroidAuth @EE Exactly, with little to no reason himself, these companies surely can't help but go back to normal I guess.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

eSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.

  • formby1972 Mark (@formby1972) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE I was treated very well and made to feel like a valued customer!

  • Rach_Barrett Rachel Barrett (@Rach_Barrett) reported from Prescot, England

  • melbluenose Melanie Lewis (@melbluenose) reported from Parbold, England

@EE Hi David, I appreciate you reaching out, genuinely I do, but they are the questions your colleague should have asked. I posted on Twitter about customer service (or lack thereof) not the T&Cs of contract between a company and its customer. I’d prefer to DM or call. 1/2

  • JackBirtley Jack Birtley (@JackBirtley) reported from Garston, England

@EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

  • Garden_Ser i - garden services (@Garden_Ser) reported from Wallasey, England

@EE Did a self credit check, score of 999. Never used a credit card. Pay as go, if you an't got don;t buy attitude

  • DanMiller944 Dan (@DanMiller944) reported from Southport, England

@EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

  • WordsFromLiam Liam Kelly (@WordsFromLiam) reported from Liverpool, England

    Sort your shit our @EE

  • mattwilsondotuk Prof. Matt Wilson (@mattwilsondotuk) reported from Liverpool, England

@Marlanmaritime @baltictriangle @EE @TMobile @ajpsinclair I think we might need to lend them some diesel if we want to resume normal service to our phones 😀.I wonder how thier carbon free policy is coming along.that genny's been running that site for years, but this time looks like the fuel delivery never made it in time before it quit

  • andrewwhyman Andrew Whyman (@andrewwhyman) reported from Liverpool, England

@EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • rocketreidy Ryan Paul (@rocketreidy) reported

@EE I'm not struggling nor do I need help but to hike up the price like that after a 2 year lockdown and people losing their jobs etc is horrendous. You're a MULTI-BILLION £company. Do better.

  • MissKeithTweets Miss Keith (@MissKeithTweets) reported

@SheyMouse @EE sorry to jump on your tweet but I have been having this issue for about 2 weeks. No number works at all!

  • NeedMoreTea Robert Valentine (@NeedMoreTea) reported

@EE I appreciate you didn’t write that, and it’s company policy but that’s a load of bs. When I was in O2 their increase on my bill was 62p. Yours is £1.86. I’m only with you because you have best service round here so I can still work if broadband is down, but service is down again.

  • minicheff90 Sara 😜 -MARTICONA 🐻- (@minicheff90) reported

@EE hi, I rang retention team yesterday because I wanted to cancel my contract. They offered me a discount and I accepted but I haven’t received any confirmation email about it and I don’t know if it is processing or not. Thank you

  • mattbolitho__ Matt Bolitho (@mattbolitho__) reported

@EE Broadband has been down in Oxfordshire for over a day now. Any updates as to when this might be resolved? Seems to be a few people reporting this

  • LizTray Liz Tray (@LizTray) reported

@mellotrono @EE Another stroke of genius or two from EE. Automated texts x 2 at 7am yesterday. Call at 8am today (Sunday: 'tech support will call you back within 10 mins.' LOL). I shouldn't need to say this: companies, it is *not ok* to call customers before 9am without consent. Don't do this.

  • NeedMoreTea Robert Valentine (@NeedMoreTea) reported

Gotta love @ee email me with price rise just after network conks out again.

  • mattrunback Matt C (@mattrunback) reported

9.3% price increase thanks @EE I will cancel when my contact comes up for renewal. There is no justification for CPI plus 3.9% #ripoff

  • AaronLinstead Aaron Linstead (@AaronLinstead) reported

@EE What’s going on recently? The signal has been constantly going down at least 2 times a week in the TW7 area with “engineers fixing the problem”. This is starting to become a problem now where I’m unable to use my phone throughout the day. I need some sort of compensation.

  • earlofhampton LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY,RULE BRITANNIA 🇬🇧 (@earlofhampton) reported

    @EE What a stupid advert.
