  @sandrachataway @EE If they offer consumer credit, they should be licenced by @TheFCA . Submit a complaint there documenting the overpayment and you should get it back. At least it will stop them hassling you whilst it is reviewed.

  @EE Hi Georgia, thanks for getting back to me. It’s not that I am having problems at the moment but when I spoke to EE recently they offering a minimum guaranteed speed of 18mbs for a new 18 month contract. A couple of years ago it was either 28 or 32mbs, will be going elsewhere.

  @Ofcom Could you help direct me in the correct path. @EE sold me contract which as been billed incorrectly for 5 months since I been with them, 1 hour calls each month to get them to add credit and not fix the issue. Endless managers and complaints and it's making me ill.

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!
