    @EE Ok that's fine, just wondered if the company randomly deciding to ditch their phones for no reason would affect how they handle software updates as Google and Huawei might support it but EE has individually said they won't support Huawei, anyway, thanks.

    eSims need to be a thing for phones. Ordered a sim from @EE on Monday and due to @RoyalMail’s rubbish 2nd Class post service, the sim still isn’t here. Even if it arrives tomorrow, the PAC won’t get done until Monday at the earliest. It shouldn’t take a week to join a network.

    @EE Hi , I have done today and although they admit there is issues with a mast in that area that won’t be resolved until next week they still think they need to do some troubleshooting on my phone which seems pointless to me since nobodies phone is working in that area!

    @EE Yes, no difference. And my friends on EE are having the same problem so it must be the network. I've been here on a football day where it's much busier and it's been better than this.

    So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

    @EE Having a lot trouble lately with my WiFi modem. Having intermittent signal loss very regularly especially with the number of people living in the property relying on it. I have reset it a number of times but it still cuts out.

    @EE Called you at 11:29 to cancel contract and request PAC code. Was told PAC code could take up to two hours, still hasn’t arrived. It was a 15 min phone call so I guess there’s still 35 mins or so for it to arrive but in my experience the code usually arrives in mins not hours.

    @EE EE shop by phone. it was delivered last Sat. I then took my sim card out of my existing Nokia 106/5 and got it jammed. I only got it retrieved out of my new H.P30 IN THE ee shop in LISCARD Merseyside. on getting my old sim back i thought end of problem, put it in old nokia

    @EE scam merchants. Should be shut down. Staff are rude, haven't got a clue. In my experience with them they're *****. So glad I left I'm never looking back. But now they're fleecing my mate for debt they didn't notify him of for 5 months then expect £500 back. #FuckEE #Scam

    @EE need a contact email for support. The only way of contacting you is by phone, but my SIM is not working. Stores are not open by the time I leave my work. I am being charged for a service I am not able to use since I received this faulty SIM.

    Furthermore, the @EE store manager 'Kyle' states any issues with the handset must be taken up with @Google, regardless of the Contract of Sale being with the store. He absolves himself and @EE of any responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act.

    @EE I've moved out of the UK. I've asked for one of these 3 options: cancel my plan/lower my monthly fee/change to a pay as you go plan. This is your response: £117 to cancel my plan/no to lowering my monthly fee/no to a pay as you go plan.

    @EE I’m trying to upgrade my phone and have spoken to a representative. After agreeing a deal, I’ve been told that the phone is not in stock, yet online it’s showing as in stock, but I can’t apply the discount online. HELP!! 😩😡

    @EE Trying to unlock a phone, stuck on Step 2 after adding IMEI code, with no error message or way to proceed??? Tried different browsers, and also via the app. Need to use a second sim and need that Unlock code to do so! help please!
