    @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

    @EE Hi guy's, been trying to login to account, but unable to do that, spoke on phone twice ( to woman called Chelsea) promised to come back to me ( within 30minutes) ..but didn't happen , are your email servers down??

    @ee report a network issue 6 months ago don't get fix ring up for pac codes to leave and all I had is phone calls from you ever since try to see what you can do. Fix tge signal would be great. Funny part was first call dropped out the second the person could no hear me.

    @EE very poor signals (reception) coverage since last 10 days around Redbridge Station (IG1) area. Can you please rectify this as it’s causing so much issue and unable to make calls and use internet most of the time. Thank you

    @notJonahVeep @EE I'm sorry to hear that. I've only had exceptional service from them plus their Smart Plan meets a specific need I have that no other company offers.

    @MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot

    Are there any network issues @EE ?? In central London and have no data or voice. Only able to use phone on Wi-Fi. Have tried rebooting, airplane mode etc.

    @ThePollitt @EE @ThreeUK are equally sh*t. Offshored call centres really, really don’t help. Can’t help thinking the staff are harvesting personal data even though you have authenticated yourself before being connected to a human.

    @ThePollitt @EE Website/ap is properly garbage for upgrading (but then so’s the BT one, so no surprise there!) I found it easier to pop into the shop, was sorted in 10 minutes.

    @N21PZ @EE It's a nightmare. @EE appear to have panicked and switched off all customer service. I've been on WEBCHAT hold all afternoon with a series of operatives telling me to switch off & on and then transferring me elsewhere when they can't cope. they're clearly having a meltdown

    @EE 1/2really disappointed that you’ve switched off our signal box which worked brilliantly for years. We both have Wi-Fi calling compatible phones, with EE, and Wi-Fi calling isn’t working. It’s switched on and we’ve rebooted the phones and the router. Any ideas?

    Welcome to @EE Britain's fastest failing network... Day 3 of woes. Signal box disabled. No ability to prioritise WiFi calling. New SIM, 32hours to activate with nonsignal. Now there's no WiFi calling at all. Absolute shambles. Thank goodness for @WhatsApp

    @EE Endless waiting times on phone customer service. So advised to use WEB CHAT. I’m now being advised of a 50 MINUTE wait ON THE WEBCHAT. This is such tedious rubbish

    First Gillette implied “men” are the problem & now we see @EE doing the same Apart from the obvious misandry here perhaps we should think about how demonising “men” because of the harm a minority of them perpetrate may prevent men from disclosing the harm they experience
