@EE thank you to customer services in Greenock last week for resolving my bill issue. I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was great. Customer services are always swift to resolve things whenever I’ve dealt with them 👍🏻

@EE Can you please tell me if Signal Box Model No.74-12584-01 support is still active? The service in my area is virtually unusable. The box connects to my router but not to your system. Your representatives say support has been withdrawn, but your website suggests otherwise.

@EE Signal around Rugby/Warwickshire has been shocking the last few months, can’t even get 4G let alone 5G? Easily had 4G at home and work now it’s a luxury to get it
