    @EE every avenue I try to contact you with to terminate my contract doesn’t work! I’ve tried calling 150 (got cut off), live chat doesn’t work. Just want to terminate my contract as of November 30th. It shouldn’t be this hard!

    @EE - MyEE (web) seems to be having a hissy-fit. Every section I visit loads fine - bills, usage etc, but as soon as it does, it AUTO-logs me out. Except it hasn't really, as I can visit another section without a login needed. Bt then the same happens again when the page loads.

    @EE @Vinewood_motors Couldn’t you just EXTEND the duration of the contract? It would make more sense. Rather than ask them to pay upfront, say they have 8 months left - just add 24 months (new contract) + 8 months (remainder). This is how you treat EXISTING patrons. Reward LOYALTY, not discourage it.
