  @EE I have just wasted THREE HOURS in calls to EETV over trying to get my bill down to less than £100 per month. This is OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT for your customers. Where is your reward for LOYAL CUSTOMERS? Nowhere . And I am tied to a two year context so I can’t go anywhere else!
