Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Is it possible to take a watch contract with you even though I am with three? I would want to use the same number.
