@EE Looks like Vodafone beat you to it. Just like they beat BT (your parent company)to being the first UK network back in the early 80’s. When you talk the talk you’ve got to walk the walk #ee #vodafone #5g #pippedtothepost

@virginmedia Yes I don’t think so. You are certainly not marching with us. You haven’t replied to my tweets, answered my phone calls or made any effort at solving our problem. We upgraded to 500mg this week & have nothing but problems. Currently no internet. Thank god for @EE

@EE Robyn, this is essentially useless as this conversation has been had again and again. EE need to rectify this issue without me having to have repeated, pointless conversations only to be told the masts can't cope.

@EE Hi JT. Not yet I’m focussed on having my £742 back from @O2 then I will have a look and start a contract. The customer service and signal is appalling from O2 so I’m looking forward to changing to a reputable service provider.

No network signal again @EE And yes, I know there's cricket on nearby. These issues with overloaded masts need sorting out. Football and cricket run throughout the year and everytime, we lose network coverage altogether. And no, I don't want to use WiFi calling

After 48+ hours I’m still without any phone service. Despite being in contact with customer support at @virginmedia for over 48 hours. Had to buy a temporary @EE SIM card in the end. Fed up and frustrated to say the least.

(@FoxonTerry) reported
I just got an email from @EE saying they are putting up my phone bill by £7.17 in line with inflation. The problem is everyone is putting up their prices up in line with inflation but wages are not going up. I will find a cheaper deal when my contract is up.
-
victoria reader

@EE But my mobile is not I need that sorted and I asked for the bill to be added to next one so I pay all together - not cancel direct debit and everything
-
Adam Shearsmith
(@adamshearsmith) reported
@EE I'm a new customer and just had an email saying my phone bill is going up £7.36 a month. This is apparently to match the CPI (inflation rate) You do realise you don't have to match that rate. That's why people are struggling. Your now adding more to that inflation rate.
-

Money greedy .. everyone's over here going up by £3.. @PetsatHome hay now £5, @Plusnet extra £3 which is going over limit of set money i have going into debt meanwhile @EE greedy bleeps going I know let's add £7.50 .. talk about making money out of a bad situation and its not

(@nospresso) reported
@EE I just got off the phone with one of your reps. EE has chosen to add onto the government's CPI when it doesn't have to. There's nothing I can do to lower the bill. This just isn't acceptable service from any provider, and "they're doing it as well" isn't an excuse.
-
Jazmine Day
(@jaazmindaa) reported
How did I get a phone contract for £56 a month with @EE and now a year later I am paying £71 a month. Absolute joke. UK’s No.1 network for the UK? I think not. How can they expect people to be able to afford that for a phone. Disgusting
-
John Downes
(@John_2799) reported
@EE Not ramping up everyones bills mid contract by a unprecedented amount would be helpful. Not blaming inflation would be helpful. Not saying a 20% line rental discount will kick in when it never will would be helpful. I'll just sit back and wait, and see which issue gets help first
-
Milly March
(@millymarch) reported
@EE No, I don’t think I need to DM you. It was made perfectly clear to me that you no longer have any plans that are within my budget/requirements, so I’ll just wait until I don’t have to pay some bs fee and then find a network that can do me a better deal.
-
Nadia
(@NadiaSMS) reported
@EE WTF?! We wanted to let you know that on or after 31 March 2023, your price plan for the following number will increase by £11.09 a month. This increase is linked to inflation in line with your terms and conditions What a joke!
