My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. The BT router it replaced had a far better Wifi signal and now, every day it assigns various devices in our home with the same internal IP address which results in none of them being able to connect with doorbell.
