    Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

    @EE sort your top up website out. Been trying to top up my mobile broadband data for over an hour now, and every single time I get errors saying it can't be completed 😡

    I was looking at 37 business handsets on @ee but with the introduction of rip off stealth roaming charges from January I’m not touching that network!

    @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @EE No dates on anything i can see on the bill! Had no idea you charge a month in hand for add ons. You also charged VAT separately when I signed up, but bill price includes VAT. I think your billing transparency in really poor.

    @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

    @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

    @EE I’ve added the ultimate by sport but how do I get the free google chrome cast as on the phone said go in store so did that and they couldn’t help either.

    @EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

    @EE I am current in contract with three for another 12 months. I have purchased a Apple Watch 6 cellular but found out they do not support the cellular function. Is it possible to take a watch contract with you even though I am with three? I would want to use the same number.

    @EE please you sort horrible connection out in the Wembley area, it's been absolutely fine coverage for 3 years, and now it's awful. Either you sort it out asap or I'll simply just remove my standing order. Get it sorted
