    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @EE - WIFI down all day today/ so now, not only have I not been able to make calls since January. No internet today. Not a penny of compensation despite you acknowledging I’ve got a problem with dropped calls and paying over 100pm for multiple contracts ....shocking

    @EE both of my children are unable to use their data. They have different phones and I can see their data usage and they both have enough. They phone are attached to my account and my phone is fine. I’ve checked their settings and all good. Please can you help?

    When you call @EE several times to say your upload speed is below the guaranteed speed at a certain time every single day and it's never fixed. (upload needed for streaming and it seems to be throttled at two certain times every single day 🤬) *CS are great though. #WhenItCounts

    @kara_kurt313 @tomellis17 @EE disappointing.I am against antisemitism. I am even more passionately against families being blown up and abused for years even more so. I do think it's horrible sending pics of dead Jews. It's also wrong that I cannot condemn abhorrent behaviour without being called antisemitic
