My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!

The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?

Chat for 4O mins waiting to chat to person. Call. Useless person who does nothing. Then transfers. Start again. No answer to issue. 6pm arrives. Call ends.
