  @AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

  @SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE This doesn’t help. There is no guidance advice just a vague claim. I cannot trust the information provided. I was offered a call from EE, I provided my details and have heard nothing. Given the size of your organisation this all reflects very poorly.

  @dpduk_ just to make you aware your drivers have unauthorised people doing deliveries while in the van. You attempted to deliver with a photo of the wrong address. Your customer service response was il raise it. Then to my response of I hope I get it tomorrow was sure. @EE
