@EE - your world class incompetence to resolve a simple issue shows how incompetent your support is. I would rather watch paint dry instead of waiting for your chat agent to be allocated. Your service was pathetic for a start, your support is not far behind. #patheticee

  • taz699572 Taz (@taz699572) reported from Manchester, England

@EE thanks for completely blocking both phone line on my mobile. I was after help. Now I’ve not a clue what to do. Lucky enough data is still working. Never get help for two lines on one phone. Cos it’s not gonna happen. Visit EE store. See if they can help.

@EE why is your website so poor? Logged in. Click to access bills. Website logs me out.

  • pandaeyes82 Jo Brind 🌳 (@pandaeyes82) reported from Stockport, England

2/2 - have spoken to @EE who tell me that 2 local cell sites have been down since the beginning of last year and that they have no plans to resolve the issue. This is despite them putting a cell site directly opposite us. Off to Voda. Advising 310 others to do same. Cheaper too.

  • bignes1080 Ri (@bignes1080) reported

@EE 14.4% + 3.9% on a "fixed" term contract i took out in December, on the premise of "better availability" Can someone let me know if this 14.4% as its not part of the "reasonable" annual increase, can it be used to cancel the contract without fees?

  • automan49_mike Mike (@automan49_mike) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Wrong they’ll just pass it upwards EE are not great with customer service red hot on threats but down on service

  • Ian_Loveshack Ismadder (@Ian_Loveshack) reported

I told the store they need sort it out and they refused a called security @EE this is the worst company ive ever dealt with if you spent £400 on a product you expect to work. The Store Staff said it was 3rd Party product all products @EE are third Party

  • deanmartin15 dean martin. (@deanmartin15) reported

@EE 14.4% price increase, claiming its inflation. Horrible company

  • liambasi Liam Basi (@liambasi) reported

@EE There’s an increase, and then there’s ripping off your customers during a cost of living crisis whilst I’m sure your profits are soaring. Very very poor from from EE.

  • Ian_Loveshack Ismadder (@Ian_Loveshack) reported

@EE say you have got great customer service, tried to return a defected product to your rushden lakes store that was less than 30 days old that I purchased at there store. They have told me to phone customers. Phone customers service would said the store have to deal with it.

  • stuartyboy_70 💥DiscoStu💥 (@stuartyboy_70) reported

@EE I can't even get a decent signal in my house. Hopefully the investment in your networks, services & technology will rectify this🙄

  • FoggBrain Phileas Brain Fogg (@FoggBrain) reported

Two things that are pissing me off today: * I now pay 4.5% interest on my mortgage (£500 extra p/m) yet my savings account is still only 1.5% * @bt_uk & @EE are charging 3.9% ON TOP of the 10.5% CPI inflation figure. That's a 15% hike. Why? The whole damn thing is rigged.
