    @EE hardly had a service on my mobile for days now. Keep on getting notice there is a problem but then it's fixed, then the next day the same. Paying for a service I can't really use as I make calls and get cut off within seconds when based at home. Altrincham area

    @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    5 days, 3 phone calls, 2 emails and half a dozen text messages and still @EE haven't resolved my issue for a service I'm paying them for that was supposed to be solved in 24 hours

    @EE I’ve added the ultimate by sport but how do I get the free google chrome cast as on the phone said go in store so did that and they couldn’t help either.

    @EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    I was looking at 37 business handsets on @ee but with the introduction of rip off stealth roaming charges from January I’m not touching that network!

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

    @EE Z Flip 3 screen starting to crack along the fold. Full cover insurance. App showing policy canceled despite paying for it every month. Claim denied as agents didn't grasp the issue. They feel its cosmetic??!! Had enough of EE at this point.

    @EE No it doesn’t it’s also her gps & fall detector emergency sos alarm that is not working which is the major concern. Our stress is off the scale it’s been over 6 weeks stop making excuses about gatesbeing locked and get the bloody thing fixed @Ofcom #porteynon #gower @WalesOnline

    @EE You just did make it up, I designed, implemented and tested the original network for deutsch telecom and later designed the new ee network. Name and documentation can be provided to prove my point.
