  Might be time to leave @EE after all these years. First they suspend my account, then message me saying my account is suspended because I haven’t paid my bill (which I have) and then the live chat cuts me off instantly. Why am I paying for this lack of service?

  If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE hey wondering if can help, we’re currently away out the country and our account went over drawn with your direct debit, I’m unsure if we transferred funds in time as don’t have phone signal most of the time only WiFi. If the direct debit fails today, what happens? Thanks
