  @EE It was on the letter YOU @EE sent me to inform me I had an outstanding payment after switching contracts. It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

  @EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.

  @Ofcom Could you help direct me in the correct path. @EE sold me contract which as been billed incorrectly for 5 months since I been with them, 1 hour calls each month to get them to add credit and not fix the issue. Endless managers and complaints and it's making me ill.

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @EE why is 5G so slow in my area NE23, usually get 30mb not exactly the 5G+ experience you say. And yes I’ve reported this and you say there’s no issues and it’s on our phones and not just one device
