@EE hi, just bought some new pixel buds 2 however the right bud is now not working. Was ok for 24hr but just been to they gym, it crackeled then cut off and now won't work. I've disconnected a couple of times but it won't work. Can you advise how to get these replaced please

Disgusting service from @EE , my wife works within the NHS and has done for 19years however runs her mobile number through her dance school business that she has ran for nearly 13 years. Sent a NHS email for the free data offer however got declined. Terrible customer service

Had to ring @EE broadband support spoke to Margret from Darlington. Was lovely and helpful. Even tho I had plugged the lead in to the ring place. I blame lock down not me 😂

@EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

So @virginmedia has been going off with technical faults from yesterday, My @EE is also been going off signal wise from yesterday is anyone else not think this is eerie and so so weird that both going down at the same time. Come on conspiracy theories welcome.

@EE I appreciate they might be but I want a working phone! For me and my children and if you can’t provide it you should allow loyal@customers of 10 years!!!! To take their business elsewhere! Not force them to keep contracts with you when you can’t provide the service!

@EE if you can't scrap roaming fees in europe like your competitors then I will cancel my contract and go to one of them. I live and work between UK and Spain and these silly add-on plans are not appropriate. you should listen to your customers or lose them

@jimbo_h_46 @EE I was with EE and they were pricey but by far the best network. I changed to sky mobile (Tef) and its absolute dog ****. Can’t make calls to some numbers, struggle with coverage at home and out and about and the data is hopeless. I’m off back to EE soon.

@EE Just so you know I am@taking this to the Ombudsmen and starting @resolver case as I wish to cancel my contracts that you can’t fulfill and go elsewhere! A lot of my village feel the same - why should we put up with it!

@EE My village has had interruptions (days at a time) since 26th November! You shouldn’t be charging us at all!! I should also be free to cancel the 5!!! Phone contracts I have with you but I’m not allowed even though you can’t provide regular service!!
