Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

  • So_Very_Tired JMN (@So_Very_Tired) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

Fed up of poo signal from @EE as a loyal customer for what feels like a thousand years, sorry to say I will be leaving at the end of my contract 😬

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Vocnord Dd (@Vocnord) reported

@EE Don't bother, it's glitchy and was never ready for release. Basically just funding Google's R&D. Genuinely disappointed with mine. Shite camera too, no macro FFS!

  • racingspoon 🥄 (@racingspoon) reported

@PeterJimBryant @EE @glastonbury Yes. UK mobile networks have always had to pay the roaming network to use the service. Typically 20GB roaming data would cost the UK network about £65 so the UK network was always losing money on roaming. The change in legislation just means they can now charge.

  • SammiCdtv Sammi Wessex CDTV (@SammiCdtv) reported from Romsey, England

    @EE @glastonbury But a ******* crap phone service - we’ve now gone to Sky

  • RogerMellie67 Roger Mellie (@RogerMellie67) reported

@EE It's not even the fastest network in my house.

  • zebrazebraland audiodamaged (@zebrazebraland) reported

@EE I'm eligible for an early upgrade in a few days. Do I have to upgrade via EE or could I do it through another retailer NOT ANOTHER NETWORK OBVIOUSLY

  • DanielGleeds Daniel Gill (@DanielGleeds) reported

  • TheBanishedOne1 The Banished One (@TheBanishedOne1) reported

@Lionesses @EE For MUCH better quality football, go see your local non league team. Put money into their pockets, help them continue to exist.

  • Samathaskilling Samantha Skilling (@Samathaskilling) reported

@EE can you tell if there is any issues in Lanarkshire ? Just started my contract last week and nothings working ?

  • ryanon120fps ryan (@ryanon120fps) reported

Amazing how quick @EE will disconnect you from their service but not reconnect you after over 2 hours after payment. Not like a person has to physically connect your ‘line’ to a switchboard. Awful service.

  • kxssyjxynee Kassy (@kxssyjxynee) reported

@EE really need to sort their ****** signal out. Why am I paying nearly £50 a month for a phone that barely ******* works outside the house. What a joke.
