Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Scott Speight (@scottspeig) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Try @spusu_uk same network, fraction of the cost. Apparently they manage this by only providing customer service via WhatsApp (although I find it works well). Only issue I have is no Direct Debit option. Just card.
