@EE I know how to do that.. The capacity down here is shocking, any time there’s an influx of people the network stops - no excuse for it!

@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

@JamesPackerFan1 @EE Your better off with openreach. FTTP is vastly superior to 5G in latency capabilities as Fibre optic cables don't need to travel through the air and have a problem with getting stuck by rain or walls.

@EE All is ok thanks. @EE did not hang up. The signal dropped out after being on hold in a call for the 24 mins. I was not moving and the call was on speaker. Just randomly ended with the signal bar gone. Usually 4 bars...

@DrFernsby @EE 5G isn't much different. I've got as low as 17ms in an area with very good signal but on the rare occasions I can pick up 5G at home, I get 30-36ms pings.

@EE If you want to see how it should be done take a look at the O2 app. I would have been able to find what I needed in seconds rather than multiple attempts. It’s really poor.

@EE Obviously this is a marketing to try and connect to gamers with superfast connections to help them get an edge. I played games on 4G and performance was good just not up to scratch. Gaming requires very low latency for being at best performance for me 4G can do at best 30 or 40.

@EE If only rural users with crap cable broadband could get 5G, but no, providers are rolling it out in cities that are already well served. First mobile provider to do 5G here gets our contract.
