@EE I know how to do that.. The capacity down here is shocking, any time there’s an influx of people the network stops - no excuse for it!

@EE witnessing my wife trying to move from you. Appalling way to treat customers. All we need to do is either get a deal with you or move. Only taken three hours (last night & this morning). #wasteoftime

Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

@EE Honestly, have started a chat three times... each time they've asked for bill pay dates I can only check in a website that glitches the chat box away when you do just that. Seriously, cut down on the Kevin bacon paychecks and sort the webpage out.

@PeterJimBryant @EE @glastonbury Yes. UK mobile networks have always had to pay the roaming network to use the service. Typically 20GB roaming data would cost the UK network about £65 so the UK network was always losing money on roaming. The change in legislation just means they can now charge.

Amazing how quick @EE will disconnect you from their service but not reconnect you after over 2 hours after payment. Not like a person has to physically connect your ‘line’ to a switchboard. Awful service.

@EE really need to sort their ****** signal out. Why am I paying nearly £50 a month for a phone that barely ******* works outside the house. What a joke.
