Wouldn’t it be good if Customer Service teams actually did what they told you they were doing… or if businesses had 100% transparency on their accounts, my @EE app for example wouldn’t it be good if I could see when you’ve just not done what I asked

@EE just tried to order a phone through fonehouse,you said I passed then wanted more checks,tried to get all checks done before 7,when I was contacted at 5 to 7,they cancelled my order!never will look at using EE an d fonehouae ever again.

@ee Hi - I had free 6 month trial of Britbox. If I cancelled this a day after the 6 months trial. do I get those 29/30 days to wrap up the paid month or is it ended completely which is it what has happened meaning I have paid for a months service but only got a day. Thx.

Follow a number of issues I have had with the phone network EE @EE I have been doing some research was quite shocked reading trustpilot how many customer are receiving such bad service from the team and service @BBCWatchdog , EE’s social media looks like customers get a service😡

been using these 2 gammy as hell mobile wifi devices for 8 months now and we've had to rely on our (supposedly worse signal + much cheaper) phone hotspot from 3 pretty much the entire time. @EE were totally reliable before i locked myself into this 2 year contract, naturally..
