    @EE you are an absolute shower of ****. Yet again my business mobile won’t make or receive calls. Costing me money. What an absolute **** show in todays day and age where I have to rely on @WhatsApp to make calls. Happens far too often in the NG18 postcode. Useless.

    @EE I have added the BT Sport add on and have the large screen add on active on my account but everytime I try to access via non-mobile it tells me I need to upgrade my account. Can you please help? Play extra for nothing at the moment.

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    Really want to upgrade with @EE but they never have 13 pro max in stock - keeps saying wait is over 28 days and they are still asking for £100 upfront - which isn’t acceptable as a customer of 8yrs - having to look elsewhere

    @EE How do I go about returning a phone I've received as an upgrade? I recently got the @madebygoogle Pixel 6 and the battery is awful. I'm not even getting a full day or normal usage. I wonder if I have a faulty device. It runs really hot too.

    @BluebirdRichie @EE Just received a new phone from Sky and Laura has been with them for two years now with no issues. Great value on phone and sim deals with 3 year data rollover that can be used to offset upgrade costs. Worth taking a look.

    @EE Hi my literal problem is that I cannot get thru to an operator on that line because the first thing it asks is my EE number. To reiterate, I do not know it. How do I speak to an operator on that line? This is such an ordeal I’d rather just cancel and go for a better operator.

    Have to say I wish never left @EE and went to @ThreeUK because the network coverage around Scotland, particularly South Lanarkshire and Glasgow is shockingly bad! Will definitely be changing back when I can 🤬🤬🤬
