They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time ofcom was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August Iโm being charged for TNT sports which I still canโt access - so donโt tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a ๐ฉ

Calling 150 and every other route weโve tried just sends us round in circles, with seemingly no way to speak to a human being :(
