    Had the misfortune to visit the @EE store in the @intuTrafford centre today and I have never met a more unhelpful bunch of store assistants. The one who eventually came to help us could not have been more disinterested if she tried. Won't be renewing.

    Was told by @EE that there was maintenance work happening. No issues but to my suprise I wake up this morning and now I have 5G! My speeds over 200mbs now.. Just that upgrade end of next month to do and il be happy

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. πŸ˜‚

    @Tasharoo93 @EE I mean, it's basically a weekly thing. Three of my colleagues are also on EE and have the exact same issues at the same times. It was four hours today where my phone was completely unusable, last time it was six.

    @EE Hi. Severe issues with my ee county have now been resolved however I have been promised compenstation. It has been passed on the the jeopardy team to arrange this. Can u tell me what the jeopardy team are and what compensation they are capable of please?

    @EE Every so often, my account says I have extra charges - ranging from 50p to Β£300. When I log out and back in again, it’s zero and I’ve never been charged the β€œExtra”. Why is this happening?

    @harryt84 @EE I had this issue on IPhone. Press volume up, then volume down then hold power button on phone until Apple logo appears, this restarts your phone it resolved my issue. Hope this helps you too 🀞🏻

    @JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are Β£20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.
