    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @dcsymonds @HSBC_UK It's a phone banking password for our mortgage. Apparently it has to be done over the phone or (if someone at HSBC screws up) via the post. I've been fed lie upon lie by the @HSBC_UK customer service agents. I'm on hold again and told a completely different story yet again.

    @HSBC_UK Why are your branches now only open 9.30-4.30 on weekdays? I can take my money to @MetroBank_Help who are open 8.30-6.00? As a working person, I now can’t go into branch at all? @MetroBank_Help are open later on a Sunday than you are Monday-Friday! How is that right!?

    @HSBC_UK for 2days, I've been trying to resolve 2 instances of disputed transactions where goods have not been received. Yesterday was a complete waste of time due to technical issues your end; today's efforts equally futile due overseas call centre staff lack of understanding!
