@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

@HSBC_UK your service is just terrible. I have a business account with a company credit card, it’s taken me 4.5 hours to get no where with being on hold, checks, cutting me off and my card is still blocked when I made a legitimate purchase. Sort it out will ya!

@HSBC_UK im sure you’re aware but there are a lot of people who are not able to access thier app in IOS 16, this is the same for me and my partner. The issue is that this is our main account and both are unable to get in. Can’t even log online as it asks for the digital key

@mip2202 @HSBC_UK As sure as the sun coming up every day, a new iOS beta means HSBC app is pretty much the only app that fails to work. Every other bank doesn’t have a problem, but don’t be mistaken, this is a deliberate choice by HSBC, not a bug. There is no way it is a coincidence every year!!
