    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

I can't use the website to fix it because that requires you to use the app to log on. Their advice seems to be to arrange to have a physical key delivered which is laughable

    @HSBC_UK The old one was fine. The new one needs you to scroll down to find the appropriate button & gives several options. Instructions on the website as you try to log on to your a/c have the confusing message "Don't log on to the app", pictures are blurred & don't say you must scroll.

    @HSBC_UK Your iOS app is broken as *****, I am constantly having to go through the hoop jumping bullshit reseting my mums account because the system makes nosense, even after going in and having it done in branch it doesn't work when at home.. it is NOT condusive to old people.
