Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK @dcinet The daily limit for a "business account" is in fact £2.500 James. £500 max per cheque. £750 limit is for your current account. It's on the HSBC website. How could you not know this James? It's your one job

I have to call back tomorrow. What if my account is cleared out? This is on you HSBC. Really disappointed with this
