    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @joelycet Help please! 81 years ago on her 14th birthday my Aunt opened her Midland now @HSBC_UK account.After suffering multiple strokes her signature has changed.The bank are insisting she goes to the branch.They won't even contemplate a zoom meeting She is 95 and house bound.

    @SandraSjj @HSBC_UK Oh no!! Yeah. Apart from one incident a few years ago, they have been fine, but the service the last few days has been awful & im done with it for now, can’t put anymore energy into trying to get them to actually help so I am with you! Used them for over 20years myself

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK Long shot, but Marie on the customer support team is an absolute credit to HSBC. My account via app was blocked due to an app upgrade, she was calm, professional and friendly in guiding me what to do on the phone. Thanks again Marie 🙌 #happycustomer

    @itspog @HSBC_UK Many thanks. I have tried that - back in April - and got nowhere. All they say is “their processes” were followed, despite the fact that we were unable to access the account for more than 12 months. My conclusion is don’t use HSBC!
