    Well, I'm going to name and shame. For 2 days trying to get through to @HSBC_UK because I cannot log on to OnlineBanking . This monolith that pays its top brass a fortune cannot cope with a customer who's stayed with them for 34 years? #disgraceful

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    @HSBC_UK fraud team gives wrong information, keeps cards blocked, customers are calling them over and over for bad service! Card still blocked!! Pragati, wrong advice twice, has now told me to drive 3.5 hours to hsbc branch because cannot unblock over the phone!?!

    AVOID @HSBC_UK like the plague!! they decline access to your own debit cards, refuse to give reason, then refuse to unblock it, even after multiple ID authetications!!

    @HSBC_UK fraud team told me to use pin number in store, DIDNT WORK. they then told me they unblocked it when they didnt. I just spoke to them AGAIN, and the girl told m her screen had frozen, and I had to go in person to HSBC branch to fix. 3.5 HOUR DRIVE!!

    @HSBC_UK Immediately after complaining to fraud team for the incorrect advice and run around, my card can no longer be verified AT ALL. *immdiately* after being told it is not humanly possible to unblock it over the phone. BULLSHIT. You put a higher block because I complained??

    @HSBC_UK how much money can I transfer from my hsbc currency account to my hsbc current account in 1 go? Is there a difference if I make this online/in person or over the phone. Pls don't tell me to call your customer service because it's pointless
