@HSBC_UK @Just_DaveA Poor response. I’ve upgraded to ios16 and also bank with hsbc and am having the same issue. Lloyds, Nationwide and Barclays all work - if those banks can upgrade their apps in good time I see no reason why a bank the size of hsbc isn’t doing the same.

@PaulJohnMorgan @HSBC_UK You can call the help line and request a Physical Secure Key (PSK). They will deactivate the current Digital Secure Key and request a PSK for you. I will have to do the same today. 🙁
