    @WalkerMarcus @cusackandrew I use cash all the time but don't get from @HSBC_UK cos they've abolished most counter service branches and I like specific notes and coins. There is only one between Ealing and Putney.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @HSBC_UK Still unable to pay suppliers with the HSBC App, which I use primarily and greatly prefer to online site. This hasn't worked since your recent meltdown a couple Fridays ago, despite having uninstalled then reinstalled the app. When do you expect this to be fixed? Not on.

    @HSBC_UK @iPoof To fix an issue for a version of iOS not supported by Apple (other than CVE updates) you’ve broken your app for users of possibly the most supported version of iOS. At month end, no less! Do you even bother to test your apps any more, or do you just fling them out?

    @HSBC_UK @iamdinotwothree This is not the new upgrade as it is 3 days old and this version is the problem. We were told there was a new update in the last 24 hours and that it is on the App Store. It isn’t. You can see why people are fed up #hsbc

    @davidkh001 @amirreza123 @HSBC_UK It was working before with iOS 15 but the update four days ago, to fix an iOS 12 problem, omitted to include the certificate for it. It’s their error and an easy fix but they’ve still not done it yet

    @HSBC_UK Shocking service. Husband applied to switch his current account on 25th June- was told repeatedly when he phone everything was fine but there has been zero correspondence and no action to arrange the switch from the current account. We’ve now cancelled the application.

    @HSBC_UK Further to my previous tweet, I'm referring to HSBC's Business Banking App for Android. The app OR your bank are of no use to me if I can't pay my people while I'm on the move! Had to find work around for online as it's having same problem with paying out.

    @HSBC_UK Hey HSBC stop messing around with all these other activities and focus on banking instead. Why don't we try opening the call centres, so when you block my card from ordering online, I can actually speak to someone about it instead get the bank holiday deals!
