    @HSBC_UK Have tried on two separate laptops. They're both running the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox and DuckDuckGo. Both Mac running Monterey 12.5. This is a server side function that is limiting execution of my request.

    @HSBC_UK @Just_DaveA Poor response. I’ve upgraded to ios16 and also bank with hsbc and am having the same issue. Lloyds, Nationwide and Barclays all work - if those banks can upgrade their apps in good time I see no reason why a bank the size of hsbc isn’t doing the same.

    . @HSBC_UK after waiting 12 minutes to get through to speak to someone - finally speak to someone explain I need help reactivating my online account and the call disconnects. Waited 10 minutes and no one called me back. Terrible service 😡 #CustomerService

    @PaulJohnMorgan @HSBC_UK You can call the help line and request a Physical Secure Key (PSK). They will deactivate the current Digital Secure Key and request a PSK for you. I will have to do the same today. 🙁

    @HSBC_UK Seriously, could your service be any worse? Spent all afternoon trying to set up a balance transfer and trying to get help from the chat on the app. Now I'm told I have to call up. For the second time today. Useless.
