    @HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

    Well, I'm going to name and shame. For 2 days trying to get through to @HSBC_UK because I cannot log on to OnlineBanking . This monolith that pays its top brass a fortune cannot cope with a customer who's stayed with them for 34 years? #disgraceful

    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK She managed to reset a key she needed to login after talking to someone at 8.30 last night. The issue was the app/online was sending her in a loop to reset her key and redirecting her back to where she started. She uses android and app up-to-date - just hope it improves next time

    @eddieclarke96 @HSBC_UK Guys there has been an update on the HSBC app can someone let me know if it’s fixed the issue with iOS 15 as I don’t want to revert back again to iOS 14 if it’s not working! I’ve run it on a tester unit on iOS 15 but not all the way to bank login
