    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK im sure you’re aware but there are a lot of people who are not able to access thier app in IOS 16, this is the same for me and my partner. The issue is that this is our main account and both are unable to get in. Can’t even log online as it asks for the digital key

    Have banked with @HSBC_UK for over 30 years yet attempting to contact their customer services today about a double payment (which they caused) resulted in a 30 minute wait only to be advised "there's nothing we can do for 5-10 days". #Banking with the legacy banks is a joke.

    @HSBC_UK 1/2 I’m surprised by a response and impressed by speed of: First of all ‘Chat’ service isn’t – it’s just a robotic intercept with no outcome. Phone? – yesterday spent 35 mins. until eventually sent down ‘a blind alley’ so I had to call back, 45 mins this time….
