Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

@WalkerMarcus @cusackandrew I use cash all the time but don't get from @HSBC_UK cos they've abolished most counter service branches and I like specific notes and coins. There is only one between Ealing and Putney.

@HSBC_UK @redditchrachel Did you not read Rachels comments?? Part of the problem is accessing a branch - they are open fewer and fewer hours, forcing more of us to have excruciatingly difficult conversations on the phone with operators following a script rather than "talking".

@HSBC_UK Unfortunately his hearing is so poor that he cannot manage phone conversations easily, even with his heating aids in. We are trying to find a way to manage his banking for him, but that is a security issue, and also impacts on his independence.

@HSBC_UK I was sent my last 5 years statements in a PDF after I closed my account but the password didn't turn up in the post. I spoke to an agent who said they'd email it to me but it never turned up. I went on chat and they said they couldn't email it to me either. Little help?
