    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK 40 mins to get to 1 out of 32 on chat on my business account. To be faced with slowest conversation ever!!! A reply every 3/4 mins! His reply was sorry holding various chats at once!He couldn’t even help. A waste of an hour.

    @HSBC_UK are you having issues with the app log-in process? We can't log on without reactivating the digital security key each time. The app seems to "forget" any setup and credentials... Tried the call centre twice with no luck. Please can someone assist?
