Front-line support has been patronising and useless and I haven't seen an email from the technician I spoke to in almost a week now. Got an email saying it was fixed when it wasn't. Still not resolved my problem and will not send an engineer out to diagnose a reoccurring problem. 0/10 Ps folk. Do not, I mean never use Hyperoptic because if you have problems they don't care.
