Engineer “fixed” with tape, then a junction box that fell off the wall. Business disrupted, extra costs for mobile data. Why should I stay? Compensation? #HyperopticFail

Edwin Bradford (@edwinbradford) reported@asentance I needed to find a supplier for my father recently and @zeninternet commit to not raising prices during your contract, if they do go up you have the chance to switch supplier. Personally I've had very good service from Hyperoptic too if you can get them. Both offer fibre.

A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)
