Just so we’re clear though I literally spent over 100 hours trying to download it because the Bt WiFi hotspot is awful and @Hyperoptic can’t seem to install my wifi despite it all being installed in my building... I know it’s a #FirstWorldProblem by try a pandemic with no WiFi...

I can’t work from home today because my @Hyperoptic wifi has now been broken for nine days, I can’t cycle because it’s too hot, and the only form of air conditioned public transport is on a restricted service 😔

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic what a joke, renewal went from £27pm to £67pm, then when I said I'm leaving they said £40, then to £30 and that was the best they can do. After saying again please cancel they offered £27. New customers get it for £18pm. After 7 years time to move to @CommunityFibre
