@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank Hi. Just got through to the call centre (with no waiting 😮). Couldn’t sort the issue today, but I should be able to tomorrow which is fine. The system seems to be full of unnecessary steps, but the man at the call centre was great.

@LloydsBank You charged me 6 fees in total on ONE card transactions (3 non-GB transfer fees/3 non-GB purchase fees). Tried calling the helpline, only to be told it is currently a 40 minute wait to speak to someone. I am abroad, the phone charges would be excessive. Please help.
