    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    .@LloydsBank your customer service is appalling. When I called you today, I had to go through endless "security questions", to wait for more than 10 min to speak to someone for more questions and then to be transferred to someone who hung up the phone #CustomerService #lloydsbank

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank No I’ve had no text messages. At first the app was given some sort of error message and then later it was hanging on the authorisation window. Am in now. Hopefully the credit card will work today - it worked without any issues earlier in the day.

    @AdamShawBiz @LloydsBank have just resolved my complaint about them not following their own security procedures in my favour. If more people turned such lapses into official complaints, maybe they’d improve. Unfortunately their response is to pay me money rather than fix the problem.

    @LloydsBank My 82 year old Mother had her card eaten by a cashpoint. New card supposedly sent out 27th Jan. Now 7th Feb and still no new card. Relying on support of family members as no branch in town anymore. Mobile branch allows only £100 per fortnight to be withdrawn. 1 of 2

    @LloydsBank She complained again today to be fobbed off once again. Told that there is no point her going to a branch as there is nothing they can do. Causing her an enormous amount of stress. You have to do way more to help her than you are.
