@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank I am so upset by the way Lloyds Bank have treated me, and during a time when women are supposed to be heard and seen. I am actually relieved to have started my official complaint with the financial ombudsman, and urge others to not accept poor customer service.
