    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Was trying to avoid reinstalling the app again as I did this a month ago. At work so can’t do desktop login. But will try reinstalling app after work.

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I sympathise ! Not so very long ago the response to a useless bank would be to move your account to an alternative bank, who you thought may provide a better service. Now they are all as bad as each other, and what a faff to change banks! They make it difficult !

    @LloydsBank Hi Lee. Not long after I sent the message I got through to someone called Ross - and just as it seemed he was about to resolve my issue it cut off. So now I face having to ring AGAIN and spend another two hours. Can this not be sorted in an easier way? Happy to discuss via DMs

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I have just cancelled my Lloyds credit card, which I had for almost 20 years. Card worked in shops, contactless and PIN but somehow stopped working online. Called 3 times to find out why, phone on speaker, 2h each time, no answer. Gave up and cancelled the card by post.

    @LloydsBank Disgusting service by Lloyds mortgages I rang up last week to make an appointment about a mortgage today at 9:30 am I woke up didn’t go anywhere did no jobs and how and unprofessional and how awful the service is,no one has bothered call me it’s unbelievable.
