Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

Yet Lloyds is happy to pay a helpdesk in India to respond instantly and courteously on X, but not actually do anything to help. Not YOUR fault. The boss of Lloyds International is to blame.

So I was advised to use the app. I was able to make ONE transfer, which had to be cancelled, because Lloyds was SO slow. Second attempt, the same error on the app. FFS!!
