    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Yes he does have an amazon account, He got a notifcation from the Lloyds banking app last night that said it was a charge of £7.65 from amazon US. When looking at orders on the UK based website the order doesn't show up however when looking at orders from the US version it does
