    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    Pal tried calling @LloydsBank to report fraudulent activity and got cut off after waiting for half an hour. Called again now and it’s an HOUR to get through to fraud team. App isn’t working to cancel card either. Think I’ll be ditching my Lloyds credit card now I know!

    @LloydsBank She waited 20 mins and then the queue had gone back up an hour. Tried to cancel credit card on the app and it just keeps saying “error”. Think we’ll both be cancelling - horrendous service!

    @LloydsBank Thank you Colin. Does it mean I should wait for 5 working days before contacting the company in case they issue a refund? It's not a pending charge by the way. It's only a small amount for lunch so not a huge amount but thought I will check. Thanks
