She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank you are awful. 12 days and still no replacement debit card. I will be taking this to the banking ombudsman. Time to move my accounts to a better bank, Sterling Bank and put my business finances in a safer place.

@LloydsBank why has the replacement card section on Internet banking been down for over a month. It tells you to ring and the ****** puts the phone down after 10 minuits of security questions. I only need a new card and you can't even sort that out. Absolute waste of space.

@LloydsBank Yeah, when I applied for the second one - it just literally declined. (I did this one through my new internet banking). It just said I didn’t meet the criteria. I imagine because I’m classed as a brand new customer, I’ve just got to wait? It didn’t do any form credit check.

The people who decided it was a good idea to send security codes each time you try to log in to your bank or other such sites obviously do not live in an area where there is no mobile phone signal. Now I can’t pay a bill that needs paying or access the NHS app @LloydsBank @NHSapp

@LloydsBank Thanks. This was all opened no problems. As a rule, I like to have two current accounts. One for bills and one for personal. I tried applying for the second one and it decline (it didn’t even do a credit search) - as a brand new customer, does it usually take some time?
