    @LloydsBank No error messages Gary. The app is just thinking and never moves beyond the sign in page. My other banking apps work fine

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank no branches open in Cardiff past 3.30pm on a week day apart from the city centre. Can't you just open Victoria Park till 5pm one day a week? So inconvenient and not customer focused. The service I require I need to go into branch!

    @LloydsBank I've spoken to Microsoft and they've found the issue is on their end due to Lloyds blocking a transaction I was trying to make and reporting it as suspicious. They're going to be unblocking my card from their services on their end aswell.

    @LloydsBank Perhaps it would help the team and customers to have a few more call assistants? Your staff are always really friendly helpful and professional but customers don’t expect to have to hang on that long. It was hour and 40 mins in the end. But thanks Katy.

    I applied to change my graduate account to a student account and was told it would take two days. But over a week later nothing has happened! @LloydsBank I have even tried calling my local branch but it automatically takes me back to the automated service.

    @LloydsBank I have yes, over the last 3 days I spoke to several and we can identify the issue but not resolve it. The issue is on the system I was told but they can’t tell me when it will be fixed so I’m to live without money until then

    Went overdrawn @LloydsBank they bounced 5 out of 6 of my payments, strangely they didn't bounce the largest one which was to them! With all the difficulty getting through to 'service' industries these days it's going to take me day days to sort this out...what a mess!
