    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

    @HalifaxBank account holder has taken a deposit from me and sold goods I put the deposit down for. Despite contacting @LloydsBank and Halifax no action has been taken to retrieve the amount. Halifax and Lloyds part of one group. It’s sad that no one is helping @actionfrauduk

    Never ever had an issue with @LloydsBank and I get the most rudest member of staff ever telling me that if I wanna complain about a ongoing issue it’s gonna take 40 mins. I’m disabled can’t be doing with all the added stress over a dispute because of @thetrainline

    @TwiceNightly @LloydsBank @zavvi_cs They said it needed authorising but I just kept arguing by who? Actually it was sorted quicker when I tagged my credit card provider in on one complaint - even though it turned out they wouldn’t be able to help for a few more weeks
