    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide I sent payment to my other account to cover my Tesco shopping payment, will not get my food now as I won’t have enough money due to your maintenance, I had no warning prior to me making payment at 11am you were to stop payments? You told me at 12 which didn’t help

    @AskNationwide All devices used have English set for all. Have tried using mobile data, and different WiFi connections and experiencing same issue. No VPN has been used.
