    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @KiaNFFC @adie_hull @AskNationwide It’s a security setting. Occasionally, a PIN is required to ensure the card is in the possession of the card owner. We were assured by card issuers this wouldn’t happen on public transport, but some banks haven’t implemented it properly. They are working on fixing it for bus use.

    @AskNationwide It’s awful, Jo. My family are hugely distressed as we have no clear answer how our lovely mum died, and I did my best talking to a lady in your bereavement helpline, and she said I should send documents, and I didbut we still getting horrible letters about arrears. PLEASE HELP!

    @AskNationwide not a great service when calling a number to deal with a mortgage offer that says “call between 8am to 6pm” to be told everyone has gone home and it’s old stationary.

    @AskNationwide I have had very poor service from a local garage. The amount is only small. Can you recover it from their bank as they have refused to refund.

    @adie_hull @AskNationwide I have lots of problems with my nationwide debit card contactless, even after a couple of replacements. Seems to be some sort of security thing because it works again after I’ve used it with a pin. I’ve had to stop using it on @NCT_Buses because of how often it fails.

    @AskNationwide Been told the application is via a video call so now my son will have to take a day off work !!! Not happy tbh I don’t feel NW have been particularly helpful despite being told we would receive support every step of this process.
