    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    The teams at @AskNationwide need additional training in their own systems. After reporting the death of my grandmother and going into a branch to provide the ID I was, after a 20 minute wait, directed to sit down on a sofa and promptly ignored for over 45 minutes.

    And then the staff wonder why I don't bank with them. It's this level of incompetence that makes @AskNationwide a total joke. Stop apologising about how bad the service is an actually do something about it.

    @AskNationwide Forgive me,Jordan,but that's arrant nonsense!The new branch in my home town doesn't even have counter service,staff just ask people to use machines,which will eventually do themselves out of a job,as in do many other banks. Please don't pretend this is intended to help customers.
