    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    Gosh what an appalling service from @AskNationwide today. Because of THEIR incompetence I now have to drive for 1 hour to a physical branch with ID to get restrictions on my card lifted. Time to give up on them and move back accounts.

    @AskNationwide trying to withdraw winnings from a major site. But my card keeps rejecting. They have assured me it is all OK their end it's the bank stopping this. Its my usual day to day bank card
