I am glad that he didn’t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!

pecunious (@Pecunious365) reported@AskNationwide why oh why oh why can we still not pay in cheques on the Nationwide Banking App. It’s literally a basic feature of banking. @MartinSLewis you really need to help the consumer with this one - it effects 24 million people!
