    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    @carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

    We are stuck in Dubai, and have Natwest Platinum travel insurance through Allianz. Just tried to contact the UAE branch of Allianz and they have said our policy is not valid here, and to call UK support number. What kind of Travel insurance are you offering?

    @NatWest_Help hi, I’ve been kicked out the NatWest app and have tried logging in and it won’t let me! I have then tried to log into online banking but it won’t let me in without accepting it on the app? Please help!

    @UltraDane Had the same problem with NatWest in 2022, but I wasn't even withdrawing the money, I was trying to buy a car using a bank transfer. They wouldn't do it, even after going through multiple security checks, unless I told them all the details about the car I was buying.

    @CamdenCabbieNW1 Sage are doing free software for sole traders. @TomTaxiDriver has been advertising it. May be worth a look I have access to FreeAgent that comes free with my Mettle (part of natwest) business account.
