@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@wrexham i lost my wallet earlier outside NatWest in the town centre. Fortunately a lovely lady found it and contacted me to give it back. She could’ve easily taken my money and nobody would know. I’m just wondering if anyone could help find her so I can thank her. Thank you

@NatWest_Help i tried to withdraw cash from Natwest Southampton city center ATM, but machine didnt dispense cash, but my non natwest acc debited, and there was no help from the branch personnel. This is not acceptable and very poor customer service.

He suggests that "people" have gained access to records held by Vodafone, Nationwide, internet companies, his mum's barclaycard, and his own Natwest account - all to falsely incriminate him. He also says the police have lied about the dates on which they captured online evidence

Myself is a Natwest customer. Branch personnel has no knowledge about the correction of this error. They did not take any responsibility to help me, its their branch ATM, and they did not prompt any relevant team to rectify the error that caused their ATM.

@AskNationwide Hi. Like the app but it's worrying no option to set it to auto lock out if not used for a while. Easy these days to access a phone. Natwest app locks out if screen not used/minimalised for security. Pls sort.

@NatWest_Help @FinancialNews @financialombuds Despite power of attorney and ID and customer in branch NatWest fails to unlock account. Branch staff not empowered to confirm evidence. Ridiculous and dangerous call centre system. My 88yo dad starves whilst NatWest refuse to help

@NatWest_Help your ‘customer service’ unbelievably rubbish. Sending flowers doesn’t make up for unsympathetic and incompetent service agents. Disgusted with @natwest - I would never bank with this company and I’m gutted to have to deal with them now in my time of grief

@_mcderpy @Frances_Coppola I’ve been a NatWest customer for 20 years and never been affected by any downtime. I remember them having direct debit issues a few years ago maybe, but it didn’t affect me and as I understand it was a technical issue not a running out of money and robbing people issue.

@sbrec_ @Nick__Howe Nick our business challenge is changing staff access to out business account with staff moving on. NatWest system to do this online has 4 highly intelligent people struggling and an international bank loosing documents that it has confirmed receipt off!!!!
