  • gracielou_xx
Gracie xo (@gracielou_xx) reported from Swindon, England

I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

  • RefinedSavage
Dani Grim (@RefinedSavage) reported from Dudley, England

@O2 Thanks, it was worth a try, but unfortunately I can't open the link because my connection speed is apparently too slow.

Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

@O2 @ajgbarnes What ******** is going on with the ******* signal? For years we've had huge problems with the signal & still you've done **** all about it. I will not be paying my bill this month as I've been trying to cancel my contract for almost 12 months to no avail. What a **** company!

  • AThe__Master
    TMoSquash 🧃 (@AThe__Master) reported

@bombdiggy__ @O2 Their Map checker is not worth the programming that made it! It could not be further from reality. Sitting in the car park at the hospital (no obstructions) and I can't even join a simple Teams call. Useless network!

  • SarahWM45
    Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reported

@O2 absolute joke. Stringing me along, promising to call. Two weeks later. No call. Apparently that’s my fault, they were waiting on me. (They’re not). They are unable to answer a simple question. Customer service v stressful to deal with. @MartinSLewis

  • davidlondon92
    David (@davidlondon92) reported

@O2 I’m roaming in the US on my ultimate plan and the 5G is painfully slow. I just realised you cap the speed at 2 mbps, which renders it pretty useless. Can I even buy a bolt on to remove the throttle? Not sure why I pay for an ultimate plan if your speed is so abysmal

  • karthika_gm
    Karthika_London (@karthika_gm) reported

@O2 Thanks for responding so quickly🤭, didn’t expect that from your network 😒

  • LeanneMoulden
    Leanne (@LeanneMoulden) reported

@O2 Customer Services is a painful process. The issues that we’ve experienced in the language barrier and the accidental cancelling and taking out of new contracts by your staff is beyond stupid! Attempting to rectify it is as difficult is climbing Everest in a Bikini!

  • CraiginKent
    Craig (@CraiginKent) reported

@O2 does anyone want a free @iphone 17 Pro because I have tried to return this new handset to O2 four times and they completely screw up the collection of handset. I’ve also tried calling 02 to discuss four times and their customer services are inept. I’m giving it away now.

  • KarenLancs
    Karen (@KarenLancs) reported

@O2 @virginmedia had no internet since 7am - intermittent signal! Now says no broadband issues, but still cannot connect - PR5 area - please sort it out!

  • ImMxdz
    Mxdz (@ImMxdz) reported

@O2 Hi, my phone has been saying I have no service etc for a few days now. Now the emergency alert went off, it keeps going off every 10 minutes. Can you please sort

  • GillsCountry
    West Country Gills (@GillsCountry) reported

@SteveJoyce14 @O2 Generally there are issues with signal when there are large crowds of people gathering so close to each other I take it as a given that that's the case with music festivals, sports grounds etc so don't expect it when I'm in/around them
