Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

@O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

@O2 (1/2) why is your service SO poor now? Wherever i go, the signal is at 2 bars (used to be 100%). My guess is trying to push people to 5G but we wont be forced onto it. Please improve service for existing customers, the current service is unreliable and unusable

@O2 Day 14 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Thanks. But as mentioned no matter the area I’m in when I have 3G I have no data connection. Can this be looked into further please. Your fault finding steps supplied do not refresh the issue
