Until last month we always got one every Wednesday at tea time if we wanted (sold out Tuesdays) but now they sell out on both days by 3pm. There’s no reason to be with @O2 now - no phone signal /coffee.

We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety.
