Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

@O2 Hi. I logged a complaint with your company on the 1st July 2022 and also requested an MCB. I was told there is no timescale for the complaint and a 24-48 hour timescale for the MCB. I have not been contacted since. Is this normal or acceptable in your opinion?

@O2 any ideas why I can’t get approved for a £8 sim only deal with you. I’m paying @ThreeUK £80 a month but you declined me a sim only. I don’t have poor credit rating. Very confused 😐 Maybe I’ll have to look elsewhere 😢
