There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.

Thought it was the authorisation issue, default email opening a browser that no longer works with website. Changed default browser on email, it worked, but payment confirmation screen crashed.
