  2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

  I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone.   @O2 why does your my O2 app have no content on your Help section with no way of contacting an agent? The website tells me to go to the app and I cannot call as my SIM isn’t activated yet which is my issue
