    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet Iโ€™ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    @o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - youโ€™re experts at that.

    @o2 why is your phone coverage so awful? Been like this for over a year. Hardly any internet or phone connectivity. In central Manchester now - canโ€™t connect onto the internet with 4G or 5G. Simply not good enough. Had to find WiFi to post this

    @O2 what is going on with your network at the moment, signal is very hit and missโ€ฆ in a friends flat in london the signal is only on 1 bar and cant do anything.. in stevenage its almost unusable.. thinking of leaving o2 to be honest

    @O2 I left O2 mid January having paid ยฃ61 in December, phone calls after phone calls and each time I was told a manager would call, never did, in the end I was going to go to the regulator.

    I strongly recommend you don't use @O2 Switch Up by post. I did so, against my better judgment, in January -- Royal Mail seem to have lost the phone I sent back, and I've had nothing but problems dealing with O2 trying to resolve the resulting issues since. Despite me having phoned their ****** Indian call centre multiple times, giving them the RM tracking number so they could raise a dispute with RM, O2 repeatedly added device plan charges for my old phone onto my bill, which hasn't been right all year and was in duspute. They've now barred my service out of the blue, despite me having set up a payment plan anyway, and made my first payment towards it, whilst I wait for the account credit for previous phone charges to be processed. Consequently, I can not only no longer make or receive calls, including -- ironically, to O2 themselves -- I can't even use my account on the O2 website. The only way I've been able to contact them was through the messaging service on the app, which was no use at all, and I spent over two hours on it, the vast majority of that time being wasted on waiting for any response at all I'm ******* fuming, and if I weren't tied into a lengthy contract with O2, I'd have left them already
