@O2 my phone hasn’t been working all day, no outgoing/incoming calls, no texts, no 4G. I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

@O2 Y u lyin 4, been trying to do this for months n never succeeded even though I got told I could change it monthly when I purchased the phone. Changed it once from 50GB to 15GB and wanna change it to 10GB n it will only let me change it to 5GB 🙃

@O2 I have not been able to make or receive calls for the past 3 days. I can receive calls but not able to hear the person or the other end and neither can they hear me. Could you please sort this out! I’ve also tried to report the issue via your app but not been successful..
