@O2 Y u lyin 4, been trying to do this for months n never succeeded even though I got told I could change it monthly when I purchased the phone. Changed it once from 50GB to 15GB and wanna change it to 10GB n it will only let me change it to 5GB 🙃

@O2 my phone hasn’t been working all day, no outgoing/incoming calls, no texts, no 4G. I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

Theres that many ppl checking the election and other bits in our area my @o2 mast has dropped me from #4G down to H+ either that or they are having maintenance!

@O2 Absolutely embarrassing. Bots picking them up to resell on rip off sites. Saturday's general sale will be just as bad. It was honestly easier back in the early 00's when you could queue up for them. At least that way you knew more tickets were going to dedicated fans.

@O2 Absolute **** show how anyone has even managed to get tickets is beyond me!! You should of made it that tickets can’t be resold on and in the account holder name only, non transferable instead people are taking to make HUNDREDS of pounds reselling.
