Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@virginmedia I queried this, and was told, if I wanted it cheaper, I would have to have an O2 SIM contract as well. That's useless. But I still have to pay for it. There is no @O2 coverage in my area. The Sim card has never been used. Never will be either.
