    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @O2 is there a customer service number that can be called where I can actually speak to a human being please? I have tried 5 different numbers and each one goes through the options and then says bye and hangs up the call! How can anyone deal with their account when you can’t spk!

    @O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

    @O2 There is a ridiculously long message thread between me and your customer service. It was applied for data roaming charges - which O2 has said was a technical error. You have promised me on FOUR separate occasions the charges will be dropped. To no one's surprise now, they haven't
