    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    @O2 I need support with my network, I’ve tried everything that the website says, my calls won’t connect and when they do the sound is cracking and poor. Most of people trying to call me can never get through either. This has been happening for months now

    @O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 Order a new phone with o2 after having my previous one stolen.They make an error unblocking my new phone and I've used my partners phone to dial their customer service. Charged £47 for 11 minutes for being on hold the entire time. Great service. Never purchasing from o2 again

    @o2 failing to stop fraud on my account. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to get it fixed and money refunded but O2 do absolutely nothing. Customer services even laughed at me on a call. Worst customer service ever.

    If you are tempted to open a new phone contract with a new carrier, ask friends what customer service is like. I have watched a friend try to resolve an issue with @O2 for over a year. She has been on the phone for a total of 9 hrs over 3 days. Its the worse I've ever seen! 🤯

    @O2 Taken a new 18 month contract with o2, wanted to swap my o2 number over I have had for 15+ years someone has cancelled my old number, then I been told to reactivate my old number going to cost me 3 months service fee, someone needs to contact me.

    @O2 Better half logged in to website to pay bill, username and pass not recognised. #O2 had set an email up as new username, so logged in with that... password not recognised, had to be reset after code to phone. Tried my account today, same problems. Using site 7 years, no issues.
