    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    @O2 Sorry that doesn't work. It takes us to the PAYG topup line. We put in the phone number and it says unrecognised. We press * for help and it asks for our number again which isn't recognised as it's no longer an 02 number. This is painful.

    @O2 New customer you are about to lose here. Your order tracking system has been broken since at least 2014 and the first sim card was lost and the second one is late. Can I get the real tracking number please? No, that's not the parcel number.

    @O2 Hopefully - I placed a new order to join O2 on an iPhone which was, at the time of ordering, on a 2-3 day lead time. I see now that this is up to 4 weeks - are you able to inform which of those two is more likely? I am moving home in the next few weeks which may cause issues.
