@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

@O2 a week into porting to O2, my partners texts are still showing as the pre-port number! Strangely, texts were from her correct number over the weekend. How many others have had this issue? I did. Customer Service last Wed/Thurs/Fri that it would take 4hrs! Ridiculous Service.
