@O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

@SimonEddell @O2 They are all the same I’m afraid, think it’s just too many phones being used. Not sure if this is true but someone once told me some masts are turned off to save costs & unless people kick off about signal they don’t get switched back on.
