    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    Really crap service from @O2 and @Apple after my 6 month old phone developed a charging fault and died. Sent back and forth between both with Apple finally picking up responsibility by repairing it today in an Apple Store (those staff were great). Still not heard back from @O2
