O2 Issues Reports

  • sheonasaur sho (@sheonasaur) reported

@O2 Yup it told me to turn my phone off and on which didn’t help. We work from home and my o2 data is our backup for if broadband goes down. 0.5mb 4G doesn’t cut it unfortunately.

  • DarrenLeach Darren Leach (@DarrenLeach) reported

Shocking service from @O2 today. Ended up going to EE.

  • sammyjs78 Sam S (@sammyjs78) reported

@O2 Yes theyve put in a complaint but I'm not happy with the outcome and the fact that if I wanted to cancel I had to call bk, after trying to have online chat and 3 calls before I got to talk someone today. Plus being told the phone was a completely different colour

  • sheonasaur sho (@sheonasaur) reported

@O2 It’s never been this slow before but there’s apparently no issues.

  • KatitudeUK 𝓚𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓽𝓾𝓭𝓮 (@KatitudeUK) reported

@O2 Net zero is not enough. It's like being an Oil Tanker with a hole in the side, "we'll stop the leak in 2025" but what about the oil leaked until then, what of the oil already in the sea. Net Zero is commiting to not making the problem worse by x date. What about after?

  • LindsayyuleS Stephen LindsayYule (@LindsayyuleS) reported

@O2 Discrediting CO2 as a problem. Exposing that it doesn't absorb infrared radiation that humans feel. There's a window that allows that infrared radiation to escape. Infrared radiation absorbed outside that window doesn't affect the energy balance. Balance is in the window.

  • bigslick172 Ant 🐜 (@bigslick172) reported

@O2 Still no signal this morning. 😡😡

  • darrylgeorge94 Darryl (@darrylgeorge94) reported

@O2 Yes, it’s on its way. No real beef with your network. Just a shame about the prices you charge and that your standards have slipped a little on the ‘like new’ devices. Might see you in 2 years time x

  • simon_brasch simon brasch (@simon_brasch) reported

@O2 30 phone calls later and it’s nearly resolved as long as I can believe your customer service!! Will see

  • malfie2021 @Malfie2021 (@malfie2021) reported

@O2 How ******** did you get 2nd place trending with this disingenuous corporate greenwash bullshit?
