  @O2 your coverage in the Cwmbran area NP44 is shocking, no end of people on O2 post about the poor signal especially around the Llanyrafon and Henllys/TyCanol area. When we ask about if there are any signal issues we’re told there’s not, Vodafone, EE and 3 work prefect. 😖

  @O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

  Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

  @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

  @O2 @o2 obviously the signal is so bad i cant check it. Can you please check yrselves why central Harpenden (shopping, parking etc) does not have a useable 5g signal? I am going to change networks as are many other users because we cant even pay to park, shop etc

  @O2 How **** is your website ? Spent the last 15 minutes trying to pay my bill but it’s impossible, that option is not there. The website is awful
