    (4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

    If it wasn't for all the free benefits I got with @O2 Priority, I'd ditch them. Their #CustomerService is abysmal. It's like being in some weird kind of abusive relationship: "we'll treat you like **** but give you lots of free stuff so you'll want to stay with us" ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ก

    @O2 How is that great value for a customer, when a sim only package is ยฃ30, yet its ยฃ35 when you purchase it with a phone?

    @jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

    (2/4) ...from @o2 dated TWO DAYS after the issue was, I was told, cleared up. A call to #O2 #AccessForYou this afternoon shows the issue is cleared up and the letters are auto-generated because payments can take up to 48hrs to register with O2...

    @O2 your coverage in the Cwmbran area NP44 is shocking, no end of people on O2 post about the poor signal especially around the Llanyrafon and Henllys/TyCanol area. When we ask about if there are any signal issues weโ€™re told thereโ€™s not, Vodafone, EE and 3 work prefect. ๐Ÿ˜–

    (1/4) Not a week after I was horrifically abused by an @o2 #CustomerServices agent, and even after I settled the payment issue (ongoing problems with #O2 automated systems since last Aug/Sep) that very day, I have today received three consecutive threatening/#legal letters...

    @O2 so disappointed in your customer service and behaviour. I was swindled into a new contract today without the full details explained to me despite being a loyal customer of over 16 years. Only for a follow-up call to say there was nothing more they could do. Avoid at all costs

    @O2 My partner called today and the insurance team weren't much help but I have now been emailed a claims form though along with an email from them saying they've been waiting for us to contact! (Unsure if it's automated) but this isn't good enough. I will be emailing a complaint in.

    @o2 Iโ€™ve had really bad signal for nearly 4 weeks I have been told that a mast is damaged and needs fixing but I canโ€™t contact anyone in a emergency when Iโ€™m at home or at work my family are on o2 and weโ€™re paying for a service thatโ€™s rubbish.๐Ÿ˜ก

    @O2 I haven't received. And this is after you've just raised my airtime bill from what it used to be! Absolutely terrible customer service and incredibly disappointing
