@Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

@O2 @teejwxm @O2 haven't invested enough into this UK infrastructure over the last 20 years. Hence you get a better signal up a remote mountain in Spain than you do in a city centre in England.

@bennybroadbean @O2 They never do anything, particularly in rural areas. They go on about using wifi calling, but that only works if you actually have internet, are at home or not in a powercut.

@O2 Yes. They dont get involved in Uswitch deals for O2 so offered me a similar deal. They said someone would call me back. Nobody has. I used this service last year without a problem. Now it takes you to Virgin Media. I have now thrown the towel in
