I’d change if I wasn’t tied in and I think you’ll find other would too if they could. So frustrating

(NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

It's like being in some weird kind of abusive relationship: "we'll treat you like **** but give you lots of free stuff so you'll want to stay with us" 🙄😡
