@O2 due a phone call from an engineer looking into my account at the very latest today. Rang in, lost signal, advisor had to call me back. Still nothing but yet bet you’ll take payment on time for poor service

@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

@O2 Made a complaint a few weeks ago which I was told was resolved. Been sent an incorrect bill as it hasn't been resolved. Emailed the direct email of the person who dealt with the complaint - no response. Now receiving termination emails, have no data on my device?
