@O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

Hey @O2 Cust for 3wks & still don't have an activated online account, despite being told I'd get written conf/pword in 48hrs 3days ago. Spoke to a rep who told me it will now take 5-7 days as it was only requested yesterday. WTF is wrong? Do you treat all new customers like this?

@O2 Day 23 of no phone signal due to your “faulty mast” and no sign of the update you keep promising. Amongst other things, to date I have been unable to: contact my doctor, receive msgs from HMRC, phone 111 when required. Do you really think this is acceptable?
