@VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year. Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider when my contract is up

@O2 Day 24 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@bluegaschris @O2 Mine has taken ages to sort out but they finally admitted there there are huge issues with the cell towers in my city and that they are aware of the poor signal and data. O2 have been a nightmare and even the chap in the O2 shop has said it’s all turned to sht.
