Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet
