    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    Oh no, nevermind. 😭😭😭 It continues to be utterly dead. At least I managed to get a two-factor authentication text at 6am to sort out Lucent’s National Insurance contributions the brief moment service returned but honestly @O2 these two weeks service has been horrific

    @O2 @SamsungHelpUK @TSScot Bought the Galaxy Watch 5 4G 44mm from O2. Turns out you can't actually make calls on the watch despite advertising it can. Store staff couldn't resolve it. Google search suggests it's a common problem & yet the watch is still available for sale !!
