    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    @O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

    @O2 hi. I have Disney+ free till end month, when it then becomes £5.99. I saw on o2 offers I can add it for £3.99. Do I need to cancel and re add for the discount or will the £2 off auto apply when it becomes chargeable? Thanks

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @O2 The enforcement letters continue - three more received today - sent to a loyal @O2 customer who hasn’t done anything wrong. We have not yet had any reassurance that this mess - from @O2 ‘s error - will be resolved.

    @O2 My number has been disconnected for 2 days as part of your porting process but it still hasn't been ported. I can't receive calls or texts. I've called you several times but you're not sorting it. This is terrible customer service and an awful introduction to O2.

    So less than 3 weeks after a 2 week long total shutdown,@O2 network are back to having problems in my area. AL4 so hardly out in the wilds. @Ofcom are totally useless as well. 🤬🤬🤬

    @EdgeGavin @virginmedia I feel like I’m going mad. I have to explain the problem over and over again because they’re so awful at their job. Still take the full payment each month for our non working broadband. I’m also doing the same with @O2 and funnily enough, same parent company 🙃
