Scouse Number 1 (@ScouseNumberOne) reported from Garston, England@O2 you are as an organisation possibly the worst most incompetent, disorganised shambles of an excuse of a company I have ever come across and at this point are making @VodafoneUK look professional and trust me I wouldn’t trust them to make a cup of tea

-
Keally (@kea11y) reported from Bolton, England@O2 how can you sell a phone, take the money then tell the customer its not in stock and not tell them when it will be? Absolute disgrace of a company. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke.

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Kiff (@Himynameiskiff) reported@O2 I don't want to get rid of the handset, I just want to know if I can get rid of the airtime? I'm in a 30 day rolling contract rather than a 12/24/36 month contract. The signal is so poor round where I live and I just can't manage with it anymore and have considered leaving.
-
𝕽𝖎𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖗𝖉 𝕭𝖔𝖔𝖙𝖍 🏴🇬🇧 (@BritsB4Boats) reportedI strongly recommend you don't use @O2 Switch Up by post. I did so, against my better judgment, in January -- Royal Mail seem to have lost the phone I sent back, and I've had nothing but problems dealing with O2 trying to resolve the resulting issues since. Despite me having phoned their ****** Indian call centre multiple times, giving them the RM tracking number so they could raise a dispute with RM, O2 repeatedly added device plan charges for my old phone onto my bill, which hasn't been right all year and was in duspute. They've now barred my service out of the blue, despite me having set up a payment plan anyway, and made my first payment towards it, whilst I wait for the account credit for previous phone charges to be processed. Consequently, I can not only no longer make or receive calls, including -- ironically, to O2 themselves -- I can't even use my account on the O2 website. The only way I've been able to contact them was through the messaging service on the app, which was no use at all, and I spent over two hours on it, the vast majority of that time being wasted on waiting for any response at all I'm ******* fuming, and if I weren't tied into a lengthy contract with O2, I'd have left them already
-
Ian freeman (@FreemanIan) reported@O2 I left O2 mid January having paid £61 in December, phone calls after phone calls and each time I was told a manager would call, never did, in the end I was going to go to the regulator.
-
Nathan Jarvis (@NathanJarvisMD) reported@o2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year
-
𝕽𝖎𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖗𝖉 𝕭𝖔𝖔𝖙𝖍 🏴🇬🇧 (@BritsB4Boats) reported@O2 Thanks for nothing. I still haven’t heard from you. ******* shocking “customer service”
-
Sean W (@Sean_Bahamut) reported@O2 You've clarified, but not helped. This reply is not helpful at all. Your support staff also had no idea about this situation, or how to handle it. All they could do as a solution was terminate game pass subscription before my minimum 6 month period had finished. Not good enough
-
baba (@olamultimilli) reported@O2 @O2 A DM won’t fix what’s been ignored for months. This is public so there’s a record. I will DM but I expect a resolution instantly, not another “we’re looking into it.” CISAS case #713631. Credit file still wrong.
-
Ian Lewis (@IanLewis299) reported@O2 please check DMs as I have sent a new message. Despite assuring me my billing issue was sorted I've now had a message threatening my service including my travel bolt on that I am using while on holiday. This needs sorting asap.
-
Kieren Bushnell (@kbushnell1975) reported@O2 Do not have a complaint reference as your complaints team have not responded to ANY of my emails!!!!!!

Mr E Man (@MisterEMan42) reported@AmericaGirl0611 @arokorol @O2 Paedophone network? Sounds very Israeli
