Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

So disappointing considering I’ve been a customer for almost 15 years! Thought upgrading my phone would sort it, just worse.

Then I receive an email saying that despite your contractual obligations you are increasing your prices from April + £6. Terrible service for loyal customers I’d say.
