Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

@O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

@O2 tried to place upgrade today. Got confirmation link and needed to change address, which wouldn't work. Advisor suggested I kept logging out,then back in. Now I can't complete the order as I've exceeded amount of codes. I only followed advisors advice. Not happy, need help!!

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!
