Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@O2 I was a loyal customer never missing a payment for 15+ years! Maybe 20!This is how you treat a customer who left solely because you increase charges,do not price match,over £8 that I couldn’t make because my o2 app was closed & your payment line cut you off after 10 minutes!!

@cassieperryman @O2 Contact customer service then go into a store and theyll sort you a sim on the spot. Took 5 minutes. They took 50% off my next bill for the troubles ever though its Royal Mails fault because of the strikes. Still a pain in the arse though!
