@O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

@O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

So you split with an abusive partner and when trying to sort the finances, speak to @O2 to see how they can help you not pay for him anymore. Their solution? Contact said abuser and sort it with him otherwise you're stuck in contract and have to pay
