So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

@O2 Customer services absolutely dreadful. Dragged out my usage complaint for months, then eventually said send us back the phone you’ve about 30% purchased & we’ll cancel the contract, down about £300. By the way we don’t guarantee our network signal please see our T&C.
