    Tried to do something good by not buying a new phone via @O2 Customer Service team on Wed am when the sale started, waiting to buy it today from the part-time lady in store who has helped me decide which to get. But O2 have now sold out 😔 Grrr at trying to do a good thing 😔

    @CPWTweets 7 calls now, that's enough. You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    So I get a call today from @O2 today, asking how things were going since joining them & if I fancied any #upgrades / #offers! When I told them terrible, signal at my work keeps dropping out & I’ve you contacted numerous times about it, the guy hung up! #O2

    @O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

    @Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

    @O2 Based on our call today at o2 our issue is finally being resolved according to one of your Employees after 6 months of awaiting a a full fix solution.we have warned if our issue continues past today our next step will be to call citizen advice to take over the matter

    @O2..... I still can't get through to anyone. I'm paying for a service I can't use. I'm going to exercise my right to terminate the Contract early. I never had bad service like this from @Plusnet. I think I'll go back to them!

    @O2 I've been a customer for over 10 yrs and my service in the last year has been absolutely herndous! I have hardly any service throughout the day with both my data and WiFi connection, I've missed so important phone calls due to this that I've even considered another provider.
