    @O2 do you actually talk to your customers? I’ve been trying to contact you all week via the app, have called numerous times to be hung up on by an automated service and can’t get through to you at all. You’ve charged me twice for my bill & disconnected me even though I’ve paid!

    @O2 really bad customer service to offer a free streaming service a lot of families could use right now only for new customers. Other networks offering free services for all customers. Make me think you don’t value loyal customers at all

    My husband & I have been with @O2 for 15 years plus. Can’t believe the terrible service after using them & O2 recycle. 10 phone calls later no further forward. Kept phone & no money. Disgusting 😡

    Lots of companies doing their bit to help. I got an email from @O2 this morning and how they are helping is allowing people to access the @NHSuk websites without using your data. Whoopy ******* doodle do. I can’t wait it’s like Christmas all over again.

    @O2 Not so much like I said it’s a scam no one should be allowed to send texts and charge the recipient, this number 79050 has done it to loads of people sending a Happy Xmas text and now he’s going to have to pay 2.50 I assume to STOP something he never asked for basically fraud.
