  @WeAreOpenreach Hi, Openreach works at the end of Upper Park Road in the CO7 area seem to have caused a broadband outage for me (PlusNet customer). Connection dropped around 9pm on Tuesday 17th of January. Can you check if this is related and advise? Thanks!

  @Plusnet My elderly mum has been with you for a number of years with absolutely shocking internet service & I now find she's paying £62 per month!!! Utterly unacceptable. We can't even watch a film. Speed test says sub 0.5mbps. Pls contact me to discuss remuneration & resolution

  @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).
