@icklenellierose My rental house has Plusnet and it is very unreliable, constantly dropping out for no reason. They’re not as bad as EE (in my previous rental), but still pretty poor. It could just be a case of you need a new router.

@nowtvhelp I've been told by BT that I can't uninstall NOW TV on a YouView box also it's not just me customers with BT Plusnet also got the same problem as me breaking up pictures freezing pictures I've been a lot of forums and they still complaints going on about the NOW TV app on YouView

I’m out of contract in two days with O2. Worst coverage I’ve ever had. Going back to EE. Do I have to end my O2 contract or just switch? I can never remember. Also any suggestions on who to go with? I like Plusnet and I think EE provide their cover.

So @Plusnet Roam Like at Home is a bit **** Landed in America to a text saying you can use allowance for free then 5 mins later I’ve apparently reached my “Smart Cap” and my phone is useless unless on wifi 🌚
