It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. Six times this evening i have had bufferring and my hub shut down entirely. I have Virgin Broadband at the bottom of my garden. In the meantime you can refund my payments.
