Best internet provider? Currently with @Plusnet and they are absolutely terrible. Can’t connect phones to the WiFi and the signal goes about 1m in the house and what you can get is slow as anything 🙄

8 yrs with @sky no problems one month with @Plusnet billing issues. If you are thinking of switching to them give it a miss.

@virginmedia Cancelled yesterday. Was happy at £25 a month. Looks like we're off to Vodafone or Plusnet for £22. Shame really, been a decent service.

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

@plusnethelp Someone called me back and then passed me onto a helpful lady. This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. We had the worst day ever being spoken to be such a rude, arrogant and pompous man who spoke spoke so rudely to myself and daughter

@Plusnet my internet drops connection often after midnight, this incident isnt isolated to myself as when i check downdetector many others report the spike. Surely i shouldnt be getting charged the full rate for inconsistent internet and very sub par speeds. Sort it out.
