This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. OpenReach engineer shows up without ringing bell, slaps fibre entry point on some random side of the house, leaves without checking in. PlusNet complaint emails just bounce back. Great.

The email & your website appear to be claiming that I have to switch to fttp but that's not actually true, is it? I need greater transparency, actual dates & costs, and better customer services. This is most disappointing.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

Simple Google Maps check could have prevented the whole mess. Customer paying £63/mo out-of-contract for unreliable service, distress & risk to health (needs line for health).

I'm deaf and Kelly (Open Reach) send guy who mumbles with heavy foreign accent! I want my Internet back please 😥
