This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. (@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.

Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

After five calls (three of which the call was cut) the adviser refuses to repeat their name and eventually tells me "complain online" HOW???
