I sat for 45mins on hold this morning to call you, and couldn't get through. At this stressful time, this isn't good enough! Any chance of a solution?

This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. Didn’t think it could get worse than TalkTalk but @Plusnet wins. Kids couldn’t do homework, I couldn’t work. Poor phone signal. Sort it out.
