    @Plusnet Furious with @plusnet for deleting my email account despite confirmation that they WOULDN’T do this when I had to change service provider. Going to complain to the Ombudsman.

    @Plusnet good honest broadband. Maybe not. Over charging the mother-in-law and apparently can’t resolve it due to their systems. Sounds like bull to me. Stop giving Yorkshire a bad name #fraudsters

    @RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @plusnet I'm trying to turn off the answer service via the online manage your account.... The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

    Need to renew my broadband do I stick with @Plusnet or go to another provider .. in mind of that they all use @openreach network but @virginmedia I don't play online games

    @Plusnet Why is my Landline bill higher this month? There are 3 calls allegedly made to 01159338000. We never made these calls yet we have been charged 40 pence for each call. I think that this is a scam. Please can you check.

    @plusnethelp #plusnet 1.FURIOUS with Plusnet, I have had to move to BT as Plusnet don’t have fast broadband where I now live.Long conversations with customer services re this last week. Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out it’s deleted.

    @Plusnet Our internet has been down for over 40 minutes - blue light but no Internet. There's nothing on your social channels and your website service status page won't load either. We need an estimated time for this issue as work from home!

    @Plusnet My elderly parents are reliant on your broadband but the internet drops out randomly all the time, pretty much daily. Now the service is completely down and customer service won't take any calls. The service and support is disgraceful
