The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out it’s deleted.

It seems odd that I'm getting plenty of emails on my cancellation bit would have been good to have some confirmation on the joining etc. Had nothing !
