The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

Doddy (@doddytyke) reported from Penistone, England@maburgess8 Plusnet that runs off EE. I'd understand if I wasn't receiving any service but I'm able to use it without any issues except from receiving calls and text messages. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. no problems at all. Strange

Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out it’s deleted.

peter (@pjvenda) reported@RegGBlinker Sometimes creds are easy to guess across accounts (which is not a big issue). Sometimes you might be able to life them off the ISP router. Sometimes people on forums will be able to help. I could help with this for BT/Plusnet, not for sky I'm afraid.
