Emphasised I needed my email to continue, assured it would do. Just found out it’s deleted.

I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

I want to switch to a different provider but have been told that I could lose my original phone number. I have now been without a working phone since 12th April.

I somehow managed to get it stopped (this was under the old switching rules) but Plusnet we’re too incompetent to work out how they had done this and fix it, so they ghosted me instead!

Edward Dore (@Spheron1) reported@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I had the opposite problem years ago - had a TalkTalk Business ADSL line to use as a backup and wanted to add a Plusnet FTTC line when leaving Virgin Media. Despite explicitly paying Plusnet to install a new line, they instead tried to take over the existing TalkTalk line!

I can't say I'm massively surprised TalkTalk has disconnected Plusnet without my permission but WTF...
