Bit **** how I’ve been on the phone to plusnet around 6 times now regarding my broadband which isn’t working and after failing to phone me back like they promised yesterday they finally report it as a fault in the line which could take 3-5 days to be addressed.

@plusnethelp Someone called me back and then passed me onto a helpful lady. This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. We had the worst day ever being spoken to be such a rude, arrogant and pompous man who spoke spoke so rudely to myself and daughter

@gareth_p1 @virginmedia I've just seen this post, it reminded me to call and negotiate a better price, now I am a customer of PlusNet - they offered me £31.99 PCM for 910Mbps, £140 voucher and 7 copies of Norton 360...... 15 years i've been with Virgin.

So I was 24 hours cut-off from the internet... and it's always hard when it's not voluntary, I had a continual stream of things I wanted to look up (does M&S sell shallot marmalade? that recipe for bao buns. What is Plusnet's phone number?) I had to ring again to resume service

@Plusnet Iv have a contract that runs for the next 16mths. However you only provide FTTC as you are locked to the Openreach network. Other ISP’s are now able to offer FTTP (much faster speeds) in my area. Am I able to exit early without penalty? There is no date for Openreach.
