After ripping off my mother in law for over a year we cancelled EVERYTHING, only for them to send a shitty letter about phone service. Our cancellation call could not have been any clearer.

It now says the order has been cancelled and there is a problem and I cant get through on the phone or via online chat.I was expecting a better level of customer service!
