Bit **** how I’ve been on the phone to plusnet around 6 times now regarding my broadband which isn’t working and after failing to phone me back like they promised yesterday they finally report it as a fault in the line which could take 3-5 days to be addressed.

@plusnethelp Someone called me back and then passed me onto a helpful lady. This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. We had the worst day ever being spoken to be such a rude, arrogant and pompous man who spoke spoke so rudely to myself and daughter

@eddiecoke Turns out the problem was the crappy PO router. I changed back to my old Plusnet router, logged into the router admin and entered my PO router's connection username & password. Now the connection never drops.

@eddiecoke I had frequent line quality problems and outages when I sued BT and then with Sky. Moved to Plusnet which was good connection but terrible customer service (account set up delays & billing issues). Plusnet fee shot up after contract ended and the PO deal was too good to miss.
