@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet l have switched to Plusnet because of their customer services. We were supposed to be connected yesterday but haven't. They have not contacted us. We can't contact them the number that they advertise 08004320200 gives a reply that the number doesn't work.

@Plusnet cannot get mobile signal at postcode CW2 7xx - EE website said they were aware of problems yesterday but should now be fixed, have restarted phone but still no bars. how can I report this for investigation please?
