I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

If I dm details, can you tell me what the problem is and estimated resolution date? I'm going round in circles. 10 days without service is not good enough.

Openreach (@OpenreachHelp) reported@MushroomWonders I've not suggested it was anyone's fault. I've advised how you can get a speedy resolution if your parents are vulnerable. The provider has a welfare process to help vulnerable customers. If the services are with PlusNet, you would contact them. 1/2
