John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, EnglandFrom recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

M (@ttyEngland) reported@mcopsey To try out PlusNet on EE's network, I'd get an EE PAYG SIM. Add Outgoing calls with a £10 bundle for 30 days - one off. PlusNet has no PAYG but 30 day only contracts. One must pay via DirectDebit though, whereas EE still do vouchers and cash, which may be better till satisfied.

Cat Clark (@CatClar54244202) reported@ultraman_ginger @scribbles78 Another vote for Plusnet. Been with them 2.5 years and only had to contact them once to sign up to a new contract. I work from home and never have WiFi issues

Brendon Rogers (@brendon_rogers) reported@Plusnet upgraded from std fibre to FTTP today. You’ve disconnected the old service before the new one is working. Terrible service.
