@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

From recent experience I can confirm this tweet is total nonsense. I’m moving all of my services elsewhere. Customer service 0/10, shambles. I suggest you all check if you can get a better deal elsewhere. (@Plusnet expect my call)

@Plusnet DM sent, thanks. Neither of your advisor's promises yesterday of 'I guarantee it will be on by tomorrow' and 'I will call you back later today to check' came true. Honestly, this has been an abysmal customer experience. Especially when needing to WFH.

@Plusnet The worst broadband I’ve ever had. Constantly cuts out and is slow. Contacted customer service, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. The only good thing is my contract ends soon.
