@plusnet I am having increasing problems watching videos. This has been going on for a while, can't even watch one on here without it stopping at least twice during a 2min video. Have tried resetting hub and clearing up phone, doesn't make any difference. Help?

@plusnethelp before you ask I've checked my micro filters, my phone connection, turned the hub off/on and experienced zero connection issues with my former providers @shell_energy The fault lies with @Plusnet It's impossible to WFH + I want to leave within my cooling-off period.

Recently moved. Cancelled my broadband with #plusnet. If you don’t pay up the contract in 14 days, your account sent to collection agency. No discussion available, no chance of a discount. £140 to terminate…..

What I wouldn't give to just have *1* day without any internet problems from @Plusnet counting down the days till I can leave and go to someone with decent customer service and internet that doesn't drop every 10 minutes

@plusnethelp hi there. I have just joined Plusnet. Got an email saying that my phone package is ready to use. Does that mean that I can connect my WiFi router from today. Need it asap as I need to work from home. My current supplier has switched my service off.

@iucounu @Plusnet Hmmm...interesting. I haven't added anything new recently though. My ReMarkable did update and that's when the issue started...but I can't see why that would have booted everything off - or why an update would even impact the WiFi. It's so frustratingly time consuming

@Plusnet Been a customer for nearly 6 years but just left due to the abhorrent customer service!! Broadband connection is terrible, drops out constantly, doesn't work upstairs and despite numerous attempts to sort it out nothing is done! Definitely do not recommend!!!! 😡

@plusnet we're moving house, you agreed a transfer date of 12/04/22. You then changed that, as you couldn't get an engineer, to 20/04/22. But you've still cut off the internet at our old house. Your customer service agent just told me this was our fault and hung up. C***s.
