Surprisingly fatty on the telly doesn't tell you this crap service

Laughed at when I asked about a SIM card to give me some connection to the internet. #plusnet never return calls - shocking service.

Step up your game and sort this out.

Now getting nothing as opposed to 0.4mb up @plusnethelp - trying to get some work done on my laptop and it’s not a great time for it to cut out. The broadband is a blinking green light.

Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

Took the day off work yesterday to await broadband install and @OpenreachHelp weren’t able to complete the job, old broadband now disconnected and no contact from Open Reach to say when they’ll complete.
