@Plusnet AVOID AVOID AVOID. Waiting 4 weeks for them to change our lines and fibre. Still not done. No updates. Promised call divert but not set up & they are unable to set up as they said there is an issue. We no longer have access to our old premises so our clients can not contact us.

Broadband is up and down, slow while PlusNet get BT to try and improve speed. Test socket seems worse than normal master. 5MB download at the moment - not great for Fibre.

@Plusnet You mentioned ‘live chat’ … not me. Your website said to contact via Twitter - I did this at Ofcourse there will always be netowrk probs .. but I messaged you at 1.15pm - my husband also did. It’s now 14.52 .. and it’s not fixed and we still can’t call/text. Poor service
