Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

Ben (@B_R_G11) reported@MikeyCleave @Plusnet When I talked to plusnet about this they always said that there was no problem but I couldn’t talk to openreach directly even though they weren’t solving the problem. After weeks of waiting I ended up with a faster speed with Virgin at a cheaper price.
