  Thanks to a screw up btw @BT & @Plusnet, upgrading our broadband package with #PlusNet = no broadband 🤬. The earliest they can reinstate is 30th Dec 🤬🤬🤬. Their solution for how we can work at home? Buy extra data on our phone & hotspot & they will reimburse max £30! #EpicFail

  @Plusnet So that will be 20 days without a broadband connection 🤬🤬. Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. A shocking service from @plusnet & @BT

  So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

  Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom. Ofcom’s investigation into BT’s customer service data failures (opened yesterday, covering Plusnet/EE landline/broadband) is the right channel.   @Plusnet Plusnet support couldn't help beyond reading out web pages I'd already visited, so had to use chat on Greenby instead. Actually seem to have got somewhere with that, tho' the solution implemented doesn't reflect well on Plusnet or Greenby.
