Only upgraded to Plusnet this year to help with home schooling and haven't received the promised speeds either. Any suggestions?

But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

Your mistake - not ours - lost the ability to connect to fibre. Two of us work from home (1 of us - me - runs a business) and one is studying at Uni. This is totally unacceptable. Its a very clear line provisioning error probably from Openreach. Plusnet seem to not want to fix it, nothing wrong here! just contact openreach
