They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

@PostOffice 1/2 Got few points to make. I support #LGBTQpride but what’s with all these promotions these days rubbing crap into our faces. If it isn’t #BLM it’s #COVID19 and if it’s not #COVID19 it’s #PRIDE2020. Like I support LGBT and all of that for equality.

I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

@PostOffice just carried a box down to your @mccolls in Weston, Aller parade. The woman behind the post office counter took one look at the box and put the 'closed' sign up. It's the same woman everytime and it keeps happening. Closing early cos she can't be bothered.

@Wesenior @PostOffice Help isn’t always available. Me & my 4yo was refused refuge shelter bc it was a Sunday night, no one to check us in, refused hosp accom where I worked bc of having a child. If I’d had cash £, we could have stayed somewhere. We ended up on the streets. Cash is important
