    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @PostOffice Yesterday afternoon, but its always incredibly slow. I understand the need for social distancing, but that doesn't explain why every customer takes so long. There were 12 to 15 people ahead of me, mostly posting parcels, and 2x counters open. They are pleasant but very doddery

    @HM_Passport can’t get a passport for my daughter in her now legal name, it’s been returned saying we need my exes permission. We did that for the legal name change via a solicitor!!! All checked by the @PostOffice check and send and no issues!!

    @PostOffice a bit concerned that a parcel I sent via PO track and trace is still showing as being at Warrington MC 7 days later. Please can someone advise what I should do. Tried calling Customer Service but wait times 40mins plus. Thanks
