Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

So @PostOffice has 900 broken counter printers across the network and 1200 they hope are out there, not used but working, that they want to collect & redistribute. In the meantime many counters & even single counter PO’s are closed resulting in income loss to Spmr!! Unbelievable
