Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

I know, "if not happy go somewhere else" but £12.75 for looking at single page is excessive. Not asking solve math problem, a riddle or have high knowledge, less than 1 min job.
