A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

We generally have no idea when this place is open or closed. this as this is the worst service ever for a massive company

However the poor sod delivering it is desperate to lighten the weight of their over filled bag of rubbish so put it through the letter box anyway!😬

I know, "if not happy go somewhere else" but £12.75 for looking at single page is excessive. Not asking solve math problem, a riddle or have high knowledge, less than 1 min job.

Queue the last three days been half way down the store, customers moaning. Needs at least another staff member, crap service!
