    @PostOffice Not quite true. Whilst it's open the self service functions are both out of order. It's crazy in this day and age to have to queue to post one greetings card.

    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    Postal service in Catford is aweful. It’s so intermittent and then Postworker delivering after 10pm Scared the hell out of me. Not cool. @RoyalMail @PostOffice

    @PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

    I don't often send moany tweets but genuinely the @PostOffice in Ealing is the most depressing place. Always a massive queue and too few staff and just horrible atmosphere. Gross.

    @PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

    @PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

    @PostOffice I am keeping informed about the ******* disgusting customer services at your branch inside Tesco Brent Park in Brent. I went to this branch again today and again a very large queue of people and two people serving out of four places.

    @RoyalMailHelp Apparently I sent the complaint @PostOffice but resent my complaint today with the reference number 201209-001727, please can you look into it as soon as possible as I don't want anymore packages damaged or worse stolen as a result of carelessness by your postman/postwomen

    @PostOffice I said more than once Fakenham. There is only ONE branch. Please deal with this as a matter of urgency. I shouldn’t have to drive out of town as a disabled customer.

    @PostOffice DROP AND GO should be DROP AND GO. FAKENHAM branch refused to process them as I was not early enough. 12.30 drop off , branch closure at 5.30. DISGUSTING to treat #disabledpersons like that.
