@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

Terrible service from the @PostOffice . Checked online on 'Branch Finder' for places that renew driving licences. Local offices don't do them. Got to one after a 16 mile trip and they aren't actually doing them as they're waiting for new backdrops! Update the website!

@charlie_adler Some of the mailboxes are in terrible condition, the only way can get repaired is if carriers hold mail at Postoffice. People know that their boxes are broken, but refuse to fix.
