    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice Queueing in Ealing Common W5 3NN branch just now, the lady serving was rather rude to a customer who was concerned about the length of time other customers were being made to wait in the queue as she was the only one serving at the counter. Not the sort of 1/2

    @SarahJa28484793 @PostOffice @TVNaga01 The Post Office and Royal Mail are two separate organisations. Just to let you know who to blame next. The Amazon service is good, but unregulated by the government - hence they get away with slave labour.

    @PostOffice Thank you. I have worked for a PO, I used to run one in the 90s. . I am also trained in Customer care. There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.

    @PostOffice Trouble is they do not always pay their staffs overtime. However their bigger problem is their competitor's work up to 21:00hrs Seven Days a week. They are still living in their Unionised past, if they want to survive they need to change

    @PostOffice Absolute rubbish. I’ve had parcel due from M&S and for well over a week it’s been stuck at South Yorkshire PSC. No updates on T&T. Gave Royal Mail help the tracking number and had no response. Everything I’ve ordered from other organisation not using RM has arrived as planned.
