    Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

    @USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @VarchasPatel @ArchNichola @PostOffice I am sure you are correct but they should be the first ones fighting to remove the rot from their association. At present, I am seeing this in quite a few depts where nothing is done to resolve this. And they give their own industry a bad name at the expense of tax payers.

    Had to use the RM post office service in church road , Ashford @PostOffice couple of times this week . Really appalled by the service , very unprofessional staff. I wish I could rate them a 0 star with the way they treat people there. Long queues while staff on personal phones.

    @PostOffice Thanks for acknowledgment. Historically been regular user of your FC service and it has been very good. Don’t worry. Didn’t go for @PostOffice scandalous buy back rate. Took it to @HaysTravel who gave a much better rate but I will be looking for you to refund the difference
