Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

The different rates are dictated to us by First Rate & there’s nothing, other than advising the customer, that we in branch, can do about it.
