@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

@PostOffice Unfortunately your Sutton post office run out of global parcel force stickers so another wasted journey . I have no car atm so the nearest store is cheam . Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

Streatham @PostOffice delivery 🚚 office is by far the worst sorting office. I purchased some items 17 dec 2020 it’s been sitting there. No one has attempted to deliver it. Why text saying someone tried to deliver it when nobody has left any card ??? #Lockdown3 #Twitter
