    @PostOffice can I please enquire about brewery road sub po SE18. It has been closed for over a month with no indication if re-opening. Obviously wishing the staff are safe, but this is a vital service that vulnerable people rely on in this community. Any news is appreciated.

    Popped to the @PostOffice today. Fantastic staff - but I’m slightly concerned about the glove wearing. They told me they wear a fresh pair each day...so the same pair of gloves used to interact with every single customer in one day 🤯 #crosscontamination

    @PostOffice I managed to register an account but when I log in it keeps on telling me 'a confirmation code had been sent' to me, so I can confirm my email. I've received no code and I've clicked on 'resend confirmation code' again and again. Help!

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    Absolutely fuming. As if moving house isn't stressful enough, but now the tenant in the house we're buying (who is leaving this week) has managed to cancel our broadband switch over & we've been told WE'LL be charged if she does it again! Absolute joke @PostOffice broadband!!

    @PostOffice I received an email saying I will be receiving a parcel today between 11:35am - 1:35pm today. I saw the post van arrive earlier & has left - but still no parcel. Why haven't I received this delivery? I checked your site & they say there's no problems in my area!

    Queue for 45 minutes on the phone to @PostOffice for broadband issues, finally get through does a line test and cuts me off! Back on hold it is! No wonder the complain lines are so busy!!
