The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

Perhaps sometime they will get their act together. Finally, with the size of Sleaford why haven't we a main office.
