Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

@PostOffice Thanks for the offer of help, but using the sorting office is actually better than the post office, my issue is with Royal Mail saying that them accepting and actually scanning a tracked item (and tracking showing it being accepted and moving through their system) is not enough
