Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

@RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

@PostOffice Your counter service in Costcutter, Burnthouse Lane, Exeter is an absolute disgrace. They just close it up whenever they want and the rude, unprofessional staff don't even appear sorry. I spent half my lunch break on a wasted trip to post a Fathers' Day card.

@dintya15 but Our COMMON Service Centers are located near the Post Office BOs in many villages. Many postoffice BOs have a BAR CODE scanner but do not work. For that you need to update the portable device they have. Only then will they be able to easily extend this service to the public.

@PostOffice It was ar 11am. This isn't the first time. They never have the self service machines in use. Can you please recruit more people in that branch as its getting ridiculous. I wasn't able to complete my grocery shop due to my son being too upset because of the long wait!!
