Do not get @PostOffice travel insurance - refused a claim for HAVING to buy clothes on holiday because our bags NEVER arrived. Post office say they were “delayed” (we got them back 2 days after we returned to the UK) disgraceful service and rude staff on the phone.

@PostOffice Thanks, can I suggest you start providing all Royal Mail services and not only the most expensive with the intention of ripping off those who don't have access to the internet or a printer? Why can't you offer the cheaper service? How else is it available?
