chris summers (@ratman97) reported from Bromley, England@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

A guy decides to close the self service despite the queue, insults clients who complain and ask him to finish the queue b4 closing

Also, the self service machines aren’t 100% self service as branch staff need to log on to complete transaction... slightly faster than queuing, but not much! #poorservice #postoffice

It's the only way how employees can put pressure on their employers. It's INCONVENIENT for us. It's VITAL for them.

The item was never redirected and so weve just been to Bolton to ask for a refund and were basically told sorry not our fault no refund and nothing we can so about it

Depresso.Clique (@X4miz) reported@PostOffice Been trying to send a letter for 3 weeks at this point, whenever i go there tills are closed because of lack of staff, the shop is getting horrible reviews everyday because of this, first two times i waited in the queue for 1 hour each time, just to be told they close early.
