Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

@RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

@ChopsyBristol Was in there getting some change and after waiting as long as you a worker turned the self service tills back on. Don't forget the new @PostOffice in @WHSmith is better than the old location that had more counter staff to deal with customers as well as services available.

I hate it when you ship an item online (after weight and packing it yourself) and a week later the postoffice is like- “You ****** it up, so we’re charging you more to cover the difference, thanks for using our services!” 🙄 It was only $5 extra but damn.

Late Tuesday afternoon I applied to @DVLAgovuk to renew my driving licence using the @PostOffice service. Took longer to park than I was in the post office. A shiny new licence arrived this weekend. I'm more than impressed with both the speed, and how easy it was.
