I was so excited about the @RoyalMail click & collect service. No more queuing at the @PostOffice! But, they failed to show yesterday. I’ve rebooked for today. Would feel better if they’d send me a range of times they’re likely to collect. This is very stressful! @RoyalMailHelp

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Hey @PostOffice for the second time recently, you delivered foreign currency which must be signed for. Your postman signed my name himself - passing off - illegal. I was at home. No attempt to knock on the door at all. Dreadful service. Same fake signature too so same postman.

@PostOffice Not impressed with your St Albans main Post Office. They are advertised as closing at 12.30 on Saturdays, yet they closed the doors at 12.15. The staff member on the door waa extremely rude too.

@PostOffice Hi there, do you know why London Broadway Post Office branch in Victoria no longer has operational self service machines please? Last week I took a ticket with 19 customers in front of me yet initially only one counter working? Today more staff but 20 so had to leave.
