.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

@PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

Hi @PostOffice you have the post office on Hempshaw Lane , Offerton , Stockport listed as open 0530 until 2030 Monday - Sunday but counter services are definitely NOT open for that length of time - please can you update to reflect the actual counter service opening hours.

@DVLAgovuk I have to say I’m impressed. Applied online on Monday 3rd for photo card renewal, prepared to wait ages, and received new card yesterday, Fri 7. Mind you, @PostOffice, had v frustrating abortive trip to local main PO first - ‘service currently not available’.

@PostOffice I have been sending mail for over a decade & I’ve always taken a photo of my mail to prove how it was sent to avoid having complaints. I want to know why now is there a problem with me taking a photo of my mail? I’m referring to Tonbridge Castle. Thank you.
