@USPS @USPSHelp I sent my US ballot on the 7th of October from the UK via track and trace international delivery. @PostOffice has confirmed it’s left the UK to a USPS facility but there is no confirmation on my tracking that it has arrived. Can you urgently help???

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice Yes Ullapool postmaster said he would throw the parcel away. Later online other folk said I was banned from the shop but I was not told this at the time. It’s theft and I can contact CEO if I feel I am not getting an issue resolved satisfactorily

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp No you shouldn’t but I was told it will be and I won’t be allowed to collect it because I gave a bad review to that post office. Surely you have training for bad customer service and not punish customers by throwing their mail away.

@PostOffice Hello, Earlier today I went to our local post office to send a parcel. They are supposed to be open until 5:00pm but I got there at 4:10pm snd the shutters were down. They have done this before, they were closing at 2:30pm until people complained. How do I complain?

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp No I didn’t say that I said when it was going to be delivered to Ullapool post office and it was in transit as I can verify when it was sent, he told me when it arrived it would be thrown because I gave him a bad review for bad customer service
