Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

Well @jajayourlife have managed to lose my monthly payment on my @PostOffice credit card. All the years I dealt with the Post Office, no problem, first month with @jajayourlife and they try to charge me £12 for their mistake!

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@PostOffice @MarkMarriot87 Nope not quite correct, many branches operate a maximum of 5 bags per day. Your reply seems to imply that a customer can come in with £250 in say 10p or 5p, which branches don't have the space for (or the time to deal with this for all they would make dealing with it)

@TOTMCoffee Will you offer more options in the future? Like different carriers (DHL, USPS, FedEx etc.). I've never seen the one you offer 'Passport Priority Duties and Taxes Paid'. Shipping before was $16 to Norway, no extra costs like tax/duties. Norwegian tax/duties is payed at postoffice.
