I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

@PostOffice This was a payment. The employee said she’d refused 2 other @monzo customers also trying to make a payment that day. My card worked as expected but she didn’t even want to try it & said she refused to try the others before me. I’d suggest some training on this & customer service.

@PostOffice O and 0 on your receipts (tracking codes) almost indistinguishable in that typeface - parcelforce told you - nobody uses O (letter) and 0 (numeral) together in codes and if they do the 0 is struck through diagonally… this is also an accessibility issue
