  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp fyi: Your branch profiles still say mortgage advisers are on site, but I was told by an employee that they’re only ever via the phone now. Probably worth changing that so people don’t waste time traveling to a branch just to be told nope 🥶
