  @santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.

  @Eamon_ @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Good luck happened to me santander no help at all , even went in branch had bailiffs sending letters account opened in London, im Leeds wouldn't listen good luck to u , affected credit rating was a nightmare

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
