    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyHelpTeam Afternoon. On the 3rd of August, we arranged the delivery of a new broadband router. The operator said it would take 3-5 working days, but still no sign of it or email confirmation. Could you help chase this up? Thanks.

    @virginmedia As I said: It should NEVER be the responsibility of the customer to call you to argue for a better deal. P.S. I am not a customer of yours, I was merely looking as @SkyHelpTeam are trying to charge me 89% of the package for 7% of the service just because I am being #evicted.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Tony - yes I have - I’ve made it to the QR code and scanned it to land at the web page but I either get an error message or the swirling as above. Tried ‘Help’ but haven’t previously set up Paramount+ & no other addresses linked to my account so not sure why it isn’t working.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I was looking to put my sim down to 100mb due to a large amount of piggy bank data, but I can’t find the option on the app. Ive done this before as my daughters sim is the 100mb, which we top up. Paul.
