@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam on phone to your help team and even they don’t know how to fix WiFi issue. No devices can connect and password not recognised, even though same p/W worked yesterday and same devices were connected. Can’t access hub either as it’s down/page won’t load. Any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam why is that a a day after an open engineer visits my house I experience terrible service !! It’s unacceptable that I have to spend more money just to work from home !!! Each month your happy to debit my account but don’t resolve the ongoing issue !!!

Time to report @SkyUK to @Ofcom internet has been down since Wednesday night. Still down. No resolution,no idea of when sorted. Are @SkyUK going to explain to my work why I can’t do any? No they just fob you off.
