    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyHelpTeam I ran it several times and it said my broadband wasn’t working as well as it should, so I try to fix it as advised, then to contact you by phone as you direct me to the website, I did that twice but too long holding. So the app tells me to move things which I’ve done. No change

    @SkySports I'd love to know how Mustafi is even allowed in the same neighbourhood as the stadium, never mind getting in the side. He is one seriously shite player, who couldn't mark a letter box. Does he have some incriminating filth on Captain Scarlet? Or that nice Mr Kroenke?

    @SkyHelpTeam I didn’t miss any contact, I wasn’t contacted it wasn’t physically poss to contact me between the two emails I received from my initial call. I was told I someone would call within 5 days but the 2nd email looks like the complaint has been closed without even being looking at it.

    @SkyUK - 4. you provide incorrect information glorifying sky Q to get the customer onboard, however the inefficient features of sky Q fail to provide basic features - cant even download on mobile platforms unless subscribe to multiroom for which customer has to pay additionally

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband went down last night and I logged a call on the app. Its back now but service is very poor. First time in years I have a problem and tomorrow is Xmas eve. Please help.
