@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkySports I got to agree with warnock, the referee's in the championship this year have been garbage. Ours against sheff wed langford missed 2 pens. And that challenge talk about high boot, a french can can girl or bruce lee couldn't get a foot that high what are the refs thinking about.

@SkyUK since starting using our new Sky Q box this weekend, Wi-fi has been absolutely awful. I’m sat literally 3 metres away, no walls, and get 30% packet loss on pings. Turn off Sky Q and it’s fine. Rip off!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not a network issue because all non-Sky channels work. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded again but now it doesn’t recognise my log in details. Not great this is it?

@SkyHelpTeam Same error message now I’ve logged in again. A quick Google tells you this is a widespread issue. I’m missing what I wanted to watch.
