    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke with customer service, and informed them of the delay. Since the engineer has turned up 3 hours late 😫 but at least I'll be able to watch the rugby tomorrow 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam I didn’t book at the time of my tweet but now i’ve spoken to someone and booked an engineer for tonight, although I’m not happy paying £15 when it’s your service that’s fallen short and would leave me without internet for 3 days. How can I complain RE this?

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried it. No know problems. Running a broadband test and it can't find our hub. Have checked all connections and restarted but still the same.

    @SkyHelpTeam Some equipment I sent back to you in Jan is lost in the post according to tracking. I've rung up to resolve this issue twice since but I'm still being threatened with a charge. Just rung a third time and your team seems totally clueless to help. Getting bored now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes- I’ve now done this and there is a suspected fault between the exchange and our home. An engineer has been booked. Are there any problems in the Leeds area?

    @AngelaHaggerty @SkyHelpTeam The golden rule is put down the phone and call Sky directly. Never take a cold call as the company contacting you directly.

    @AngelaHaggerty @SkyHelpTeam Super scam. I get a lot of calls from Sky....I keep asking them if their mom is happy to know they are scammers. That normally makes them hang up quickly
