    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi when it’s down the steps don’t really do anything other than confirm it’s not connected to broadband. It then comes back on a few minutes later. This can taken couple of times a day. By the time I got through to anyone out would be back online most likely

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband in ME8 Rainham, Kent area was down yesterday for half of the day, and has just gone down again this morning. That's two days now that I have had to pay for temporary internet access elsewhere.

    @Suzy_Senior @Doodledodds I tried that but it still asks for second email address. Apparently @SkyHelpTeam have decided to cancel their email service with no notice overnight.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am told that to claim anything back one must wait until issue resolved. Except you can't tell us when the issue will be resolved even though you apparently have engineers on the case. This is quite quite mad.
