@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I've just ran the test and it said there is an outage in my area. I did get connection for about an hour earlier but it's gone off again.

@SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you give incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or property, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you, every time !

So looks like I am joining the long queue of people waiting for a delivery from @DPDgroup_news a new phone from @SkyHelpTeam meant to be delivered yesterday, didn't arrive, and today no further update. Sky says they can't help as they left them & number for #DPD no one answers.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, is there any maintenance in the area caldicot south wales ? Every night this week, 9.30 pm my internet goes down I work from home 4-10pm. I've had to start early to finish the previous days work. it's been a nightmare.

@SkyHelpTeam Need support making complaint. Cancelled Sky when we moved and packaging sent for us to return equipment. Never arrived. Made 3 further calls, each time was told packaging was resent. Never arrived. Have now been charged for equipment 5 days before Xmas. Further call

@HOJUUK @SkyHelpTeam are you really that thick? No company is going to pay for an engineer to come out, that by the way costs £120 to do, and fix a fault on a line when that customer isn't in contract are they? Thats not how a business is run. What you've effectively done is the exact thing Sky
