@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyHelpTeam trying to sign in on my Xbox using my sky id and it's telling me "to use this service you need to accept the sky go terms and conditions. You can do this by signing into the sky go app on your phone or tablet" but there's nothing there

@SkyHelpTeam So you won’t help? It’s a broken phone, she is one of your customers. Your team specifically added me to her account to help with issues - and yet you won’t talk to me. It shouldn’t require all this to get an engineer out to fix it.
