@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

Left virgin media because of poor customer service. Decided to join @SkyUK but guess what they’ve let me down on installation that was due today!!!!! Really glad I took the morning off work 😡😡😡😡 what an absolute joke !!!

@SkyUK when will you actually take responsibility and resolve the constant issues with our broadband. We joined yourselves 2 months ago. Patio destroyed during install Drops out every 5 mins - still no fix No credit applied No action taken Avoid sky! They just don’t care!

@SkyHelpTeam And another day of total crap service from Sky due to you being incapable if doing what a 5 year old could do - figure out what is wrong with a mast and then being honest with the people who pay your wages how long it will take to fix.
