    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Jason but there is very little in offers that help. We don’t need movies or sport at a discount price. We’d happily renew if we could have another box FOC

    @SkyHelpTeam But it’s from a Sky number, hence the previous messages?! Something is seriously wrong if someone is able to message on a Sky number. I’ve honestly had enough after weeks of terrible service and pathetic internet, it’s just not good enough and this is the final straw

    @SkyHelpTeam No just sky Q. We've had it about 3 month. I'd say we must have had to reset the connection through the box about 6 times? Never had issues with the Sky HD box. Our fiber is stable and never goes off.

    Easiest thing to do is to cancel the order, get someone to pick it up and re-order!! What a pallava and nonsense - surely @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam are better equipped to help the customer!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had my sky glass delivery today but the guys didn’t set it up! Ridiculous that Sky can’t do anything to help and have left me holding the 2 boxes and sort it myself! Expected better customer service and support #poorcustomerservice #valueforcustomers
