@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

Hi @SkyHelpTeam and @madebygoogle I'm trying to connect my Google Nest Wifi to my Sky Broadband hub and I can't get it working. I've searched online and found people with similar issues but no clear resolution. Are either of you able to help please?

@SkyUK wow! Can’t get through to anyone to fix the broadband I pay for. The only way I can speak to any customer service is if I want to buy something and go through to sales. So you focus on selling.. what about your customers that you already have !? And the service I pay for.

@SkySports It Seems a bit stupid to fine a player for paying tribute to arguably the best player in football, his mentor and idol, but at least it’s not a major amount of money to one of the best paid players in world football.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s a joke tell me to hang up but stay on the line!!! Who thought that up!! My internet is back on now, however still no explanation to why it’s been down for over 24 hours! I will now have to work until midnight to catch up on lost work! Really disappointing customer service!
