@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@OpenreachHelp I did, I rang @SkyUK and they said that there was no problems, but booked an engineer, then got a text message stating that the problem is with openreach

@SkyUK well over 5 hours of no service and counting. ‘Working hard to fix’ texts I get but how about better info as to when the fault will be actually resolved. Today? Tomorrow?

And of course, it's got to be a big outage, 24 continuous hours, before @SkyHelpTeam even think about any compensation for loss/inability to provide a paid for service. Sharp to chase you for their money if they are due some though, no 24 hour grace there...
