    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    I don't have a phone to phone the bank right now but can you tell me why @SkyHelpTeam has took the money not gave me my refund when they cancelled my order themselves and it's the 5th day they promised me it be 3-5 days for my refund and it's still not here? @HalifaxBank help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Having issues regarding my account, we have re-joined sky but as I used my email address from previous account before we left im not being shown anything on the account,just had confirmation emails and text messages so can't see anything regarding reschedule

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to remove Sky Kids from my package. It’s never watched anyway and this latest price increase has sent me over the edge, so until I can cancel the whole contract, that add on has to go. Your “customer service” line is atrocious! please advise how I can get rid

    @SkyUK my last resort is twitter! Signed up to Sky in mid Nov 21, still no broadband! Absolute joke. @OpenreachHelp, 10 engineers later and still no bb! Useless service from both companies
