@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to someone today resulting in a 3rd booking of an engineer. My complaint is the zero communication from @BTOpenreach1 for y 1st job was cancelled? No Comms from sky CS when cancelled. Y I am the one chasing???
