    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyHelpTeam how can I resolve my internet issues? The online help does not work. I am currently WFH and my daughter is working on her dissertation which she needs internet connection .

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband issues two nights in a row now and no phone help available. This is shocking and essential.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had issues with your Broadband for nearly 1 year. Diagnostic test says all fine, have changed channels but connection so unstable it cuts me out of meetings 3 times an hour. So fed up. Wait time to speak to someone always so long and redirected to same tests!

    @SkyHelpTeam as your phone lines are down I am unable to cancel a service or upgrade or renew my contract online or on the app or remote can you do it over social media at all
