@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam Says can’t connect on the tv and on mobile. Before outreach came out this morning my phone line was still working and I could use internet on mobile albeit very slow. Now I have nothing can someone call me?

@SkyUK I pay £80+ per month for what’s supposed to be the best tv service going. Yet when it rains your whole system shuts down, “no signal” but you can still watch pre recorded shows. It rains 90% of the time in the UK. Should I be getting a refund?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had nothing but trouble since I signed with Sky. I have no phone service , no calls in or out , and my broadband is slow. I’ve been trying to get through to Sky since 9am, I have followed each step, no help whatsoever.

@SkyHelpTeam I've just checked my service status and apparently there's a known issue impacting my service. The issue is with Broadband and Talk in North Wales but I'm in Southampton?! Last time I checked, the two were some distance apart, is this a different issue?
