    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    When you cancel your @SkyUK tv package and they insist on a months notice (fine), but remove your ability to view the package you’re still paying for for that month….

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I did all the speed tests and connection tests, nothing showed up as an issue. But for the hub/router to keep resetting there is clearly an issue with it. I've reset it unplugged it everything it states to do online and still the issue happens,

    How has @SkyHelpTeam Sky TV gone up from £52 to £66 without warning? I am just doing my accounts and last week's monthly payment was £66 though I no longer watch Sky Cinema and want to cancel ASAP and last month it crept up to £57.85. I have a 2nd screen box I need to return too

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, Not sure what’s going on but everything I try to record on my SKYQ box it is failing with message ‘Failed. Technical fault’ why would this be and how do I fix it?

    @SkyUK absolute joke of a company. I would like someone to take action on my complaint asap. Also, if someone is able to explain a £60 charge to cancel sky sports I’m paying £21 for, but my future bills are now only reduced by £10. I don’t have a spare day to call back

    @SkyHelpTeam cancelled our sky tv and broadband package yesterday. Informed your rep at the point of setting up that we aren’t in the property until 2nd September yet you activated the account. Now you want to charge us for not even using the service
