    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyUK have you moved your HD channels for a reason? CH4 HD is 804 now? You have to scroll down the guide for 10 minutes before being able to see what’s on! Same for Ch5. What’s the logic?

    @SkyHelpTeam my tv is says it has a connectivity problem when it says the connection is fine I have turned off and on by the plug and still says the same message If you could help that would be great

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has been disconnecting from the internet(orange light), the self diagnosis isn’t picking it up because it’s intermittent. I’ve had enough of sky and it’s poor customer service. Everything online self help, no one to chat to.
