@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam can I ask why we have to pay £50 for a sky q mini box when we have to give it back if we cancel. Surely if there are no installation needs the cost should be cheaper

@SkyHelpTeam Yesterday we had two Q Boxes, broadband and telephone installed. Broadband still not working - no tv, no phone Broadband! No help from anyone except an offer to come on 31st December. Everything worked on Tuesday, now we have nothing!
