    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @sicco_tekkas @SkyHelpTeam You had to travel in to work? God forbid. Hope you’re feeling alright because it’s definitely not like thats what everyone had to do before Covid seemingly gave everyone the god given right to WFH. Also its a domestic broadband service so you have no right to moan about work

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had no broadband for 12 days and counting!! I reported this on 8th September and was told 2 working days, then 5 working days, then we were supposed to have an update today. Nothing. I'm getting nowhere. Very very unhappy customer

    @SkyHelpTeam My tests always come back just fine - even though I have to turn Wi-Fi off just to run the search on my phone - even when I run the speed test separately sky tests always tells me my Wi-Fi is fine - this happens all the time but the data issue is new and I need it for holiday

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. My sky broadband and sky mobile data is on and off in my area. It’s not working to the extent it should. Others have similar issues with the service in the G53 area of a Pollok, Glasgow.

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance sky using some of the excessive fees they charge customers being used to fix issue with skyq and it not stacking recordings, thos issue has been happening for months We pay gor a service we would like that service

    @PeteinSQ @SkySports Yeah.. i’m fed up of them picking and choosing which countries to help.. When there’s multiple countries been at war for years with no help or money from us!
