@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam so instead of fixing the issue you’ve just added in more people being affected by it, turned off our ability to reply to these tweets and kept everyone in the dark. All I want is a clear timetable as to when my internet will be back. That isn’t too much to ask.

.@SkyHelpTeam broadband down for 9 hours in total overnight and on 4 separate occasions today. It has cost me time and money. Maybe I should move over to @TrooliFibre - @SkyUK does loyalty count for anything & why can’t I get through to u for details of the outage. Compensation?

@SkyHelpTeam no Internet in ST16 1EQ again, happens every day now and also no access to my sky app just says loading my info constantly!!! Had enough now constant problems with my sky Q connections and not getting the service I pay for.
