@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried twice and they say they have added a note to the order to say that the engineer should go to the right address and call me. Problem is, that my account is still in the wrong address and they won't update it. Just seems strange and wrong to me and they won't change it
