    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyHelpTeam Uninstalled and reinstalled on a Huawei P20 Pro and Samsung Galaxy s20 . Not working on either. When you click on the app, it just comes up with sky logo. Don't even have option to login

    @SkyHelpTeam What a load of rubbish, it’s part of the package you advertise. So I signed up because I regularly use the service. So if I lose service I should be entitled to a refund on it, especially when it’s your bug. How long does it take your team to fix? This issue is a 1yr + old!

    Sky, you have changed my phone line, removed my voicemail, "upgraded" my package, disconnected my broadband + phone for a week, without my permission. Does your AI customer support understand this? Course not. Thanks for continually hanging up on me & wasting my time @SkyHelpTeam
