    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyHelpTeam No. HDR just turns off so the screen is just showing UHD & much duller. Soon as you come out and back in HDR is on. As I've advised (and a quick Google search confirms) Sky are aware of the issue. I don't get why sky always feel the need to try & fob people off on known issues

    @SkyHelpTeam I will do that but please explain why sky glass fails on a daily basis is to deliver its service. Either the sky glass tv or the puck has to be rebooted every day

    Watching the pre #Oscars build up show on @SkyUK With a panel of pundits who haven't seen all the films, don't seem to like most of them and can't remember or pronounce half the actors names and resort to crap jokes to cover themselves. #shambles

    @XxUnionJxX @SkySports @SkySportsF1 Sometimes i wonder the same thing. Sky speaks like last year had fundamental problems, when it was the most entertaining year ever. What’s different now? Still it’s a 2 team sport, and now engineers and drivers can’t do anything to overcome a bad power unit.

    @SkyUK why did your customer service tell me yesterday I had to upgrade to Sky Movies to watch the #Oscars when asked if I could watch them on Sky Showcase only to be told if I didn’t have Movies it would switch off on Showcase and I wouldn’t see it, therefore making me upgrade?

    @SkyHelpTeam with a ‘virtual assistant’, who then put us in a queue for a loyalty agent. Two hours later we are still waiting for this assistant. I can only assume you are testing our ‘loyalty’? We are appalled by this terrible customer service and have ended the ‘chat’.

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately that sounds like your version of oh that’s our standard annual price rise but call up Sky to get them to confirm because I can’t be bothered to tell you. 🙄 what is the point of the help team online if you can’t help?
