@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyUK I’ve tried calling numerous times today and I was informed by EE they would deal with my cancellation of tv and broadband package ! To say I’m unimpressed with your whole service is a understatement!! Please get in contact with me asap !!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison, if I remember correctly a few minutes of music and then silence. No worries though, I’ll have to try another day. Problem is that I need to decide to either cancel or renew & this is holding me up. My contract finished last year.
