@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@Gotham68 @O2 20+ years, 5 ongoing accs and they couldn’t, or wouldn’t, even lower my data on another account after I was mis-sold it. Waiting for my 5 accs to end contract so I can switch them to @SkyUK mobile too, counting down the days!

@SkyHelpTeam Main box - haven’t even tried the mini box yet! Xbox and PlayStation connected no problem - 2 mobiles and an Alexa connected with no issue! Just switched of the router for the 6th time to try again!
