    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello again. Our internet hasn't been restored yet. We're onto day 3 of an outage in my area in the North of Aberdeen. Can you please give me an update on what's happening as there hasn't been an update since the 30th of January. Is there an estimate of when it will be fixed?

    One thing I hate about @SkyUK is this sky Q box. Not a patch on the old boxes every 2 weeks it has no “satellite signal”. Which means everything off at mains then it magically comes on again. What’s point in a box that hers turned off every 2 weeks then on again to get signal?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes all it has on the screen is" no satellite signal".but that is because they is scaffolding up.we had this for 3 weeks now

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes I have. It’s an automated response telling me there is a fault (hadn’t realised 😜). It says it’s being worked on and we’ll send you a text when it’s completed. No option to speak to anyone or raise a complaint, shocking customer service!
