    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @SkyHelpTeam 1 hour and 35 minutes later having called the number in the link... I am no further forward as they cannot help with TV issues only Broadband.. .. I give up!.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband’s gone to buggery in the last hour. Tried plugging Sky Hub into both master line and the second one - no smiley internet face on either. Resetted, no luck. Connections fine. Just went down during use. CV34. Any known issues? App test says there aren’t. Ta.
