@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam All you’ve done is give me the same number again. I can’t track my delivery as there’s nothing there to track. Funny how your phones were never busy and sky chat was readily available when we wanted to join. Now I need help it’s near on impossible to speak to anyone.

@SkyHelpTeam any reason why my remote is lagging when attempting to press volume up and down? Also sky box is quite slow to respond. Have changed batteries, have also cleared space on HDD
