@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been having mobile internet problems for the last few days. Works fine, then no access, I get notifications from Twitter etc, but cannot access or load web pages. I’ve reloaded the settings from your site but still no difference. I’m in the Iv3 postcode btw

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried all of that! Our broadband is completely down!!!! I have no internet at all with a fault outside the house but no idea when an engineer is turning up. How can you leave customers with no internet at all?

@SkyUK the sky dish installed on my property by a previous owner has been allowed to disintergrate and is now a danger to the public but you expect me to climb a ladder and remove it myself with no tools or necessary equipment, who should i sue when it comes down????

@SkyHelpTeam I have tryed to speak to customer service however his advice was for me to source a ladder and the correct equipment to remove it climb up the ladder and remove it myself which is not practical in any which sense told me to contact previous owner of which i have no idea

@SkyUK Hi I just wanted to say that I have made 3 calls no help ! I was looking to rejoin sky but I have been put off by the lack of help over what I consider simple questions. And yes if the question could have been answered online I would have. Winback? No thanks

@SkyUK You have just lost a customer. I phoned 4 days early to give more than required notice to cancel Sports and told to call back in 4 days. The agent was superb by the way. Consider Sports cancelled and the rest at end of contract.
