If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.

Sky is like any other company. Profit first. BT and British Gas are awful to the elderly. Hope you get it sorted and give them a piece of your mind.
