@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyUK £28 for "broadband" which works depending on weather, or £30 for fibre to house with 10x speed and 0 interruptions from something like fibre heroes. Hard choice 👌 might invest in infrastructure instead of adds and costumer service?
