    @virginmedia Thanks for you lack of response @virginmedia, obviously customer support or helping out my 86 year old mother who lives alone get her phone back and working is not a priority to you, maybe @SkyHelpTeam will be more helpful when I call them tomorrow, disgraceful customer service

    @SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, I have tried but I’ve had to go into work as I can’t work at home without Wi-Fi, therefore I can’t do the setup suggestions at the moment. My 4G at home isn’t good enough to complete it there (not Sky’s problem)

    @SkyHelpTeam so frustrated with my order - still waiting for a problem to be fixed and been left without internet for a week. Raising another ticket to resolve the issue internally and asking me to wait another 2 days really doesn’t come even close to acceptable customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to speak to someone about renewing contract, 2 people put the phone down at it was 4 mins to closing time, and the person last night was rude, and didn’t answer my questions. As a customer of 4 years I don’t feel valued - can someone call me to help?

    @JaciJohnston @SkyHelpTeam You’ve either completely ignored Sky’s tweet explaining what the different tests do and the reasons why your internet seemingly drops out or you didn’t understand it some how. Either way I think you need to do some research on WIFI troubleshooting as thats the issue you have
