    @SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel sky, I've been messaging and asking since April and now I've ended up with a bill of £102. I really can't believe 2 months on I'm still trying to cancel it. This should have been done a couple of months ago

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m now on my 4th appointment…..@OpenreachHelp have yet to either find the address, make any attempt to meet their contractual obligations or contact us directly, if it’s not up and working by Thursday Lunchtime then I’m afraid @OpenreachHelp will have cost you a customer….
