@SkyHelpTeam I need to contact a member of the team to sort out my account. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkySports Anything slowed down looks ten times worse. Look at shots at keepers, you always think slowed down he should have stopped it, show it at real speed it’s like a rocket flying past. Stop showing slow motion replays. Ruining football. Plus all our refs are crap.
