Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.

If you miss the end of a show by minutes you have to wait a day for it to become available on your playlist. Is there going to be updates for this. I wish to reduce my package and cancel my BB, Iv tried to do this on the mysky app and each time I select remove package it says I have to call someone, but no one will answer as I’m not a priority.
