    @SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

    @sayantan_01 @SkySports I initially thought that was £20m per club! They won't even notice that shortfall. I wish the clubs would refuse to play them but that will never happen unfortunately.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I have contacted them and they have told to me wait until it’s connected and report a fault for an engineer to come and fix. ( which means it won’t be ready to use on install day)

    @SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to an "expert" who had no information and claimed they couldn't find out anything - what can I do with that after 7 days without internet? I, as an end user cannot speak to Openreach directly, but you as my provider can and find out what the issue is.

    @SkyHelpTeam what is the point in having a help number of you are going to consistently cut customers off and send them an SMS message that doesn’t actually help them? This is the third day I have tried contacting you and been unable to get through. Appalling service.
