    @SkyHelpTeam I get an error message from sky go saying it's having trouble connecting me which isn't listed as a possible error message on your online help. Get a similar message with sky sports app. There is nothing wrong with my WiFi.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, then how is it that a new customer can get the same package at a cheaper price? The price increase is what it is but it’s the principal of new customers getting better deals than existing customers is what’s most annoying and frustrating, especially in times like this!

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s almost as if the promised amount of credit I was offered to switch by Sky is either being held on to for as long as possible by Sky before being credited to my account or is not going to be paid at all. Perhaps I should cancel my direct debit until this is sorted

    @SkyUK I'm really disappointed in the service you are giving. I have been left almost a week with no WiFi. Openreach detected a problem in the mast. But have to wait up to another week for someone who is trained in masts. so that will be 2 weeks where I can't use my services
