    My @SkyUK internet connection has gone yet again this week. But I prefer not to speak. If I speak I am in trouble. I just want to say Sky are sensational and I love their service. Just a shame that this happens now and again.

    @SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

    @SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

    @SkyHelpTeam customer services are most patronising and unhelpful people on the planet. When @RoyalMailHelp screw up, and I have to fix everything when it’s down to Sky and Royal Mail to fix, a little degree of common sense and flexibility appreciated!

    @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at £24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to £27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.

    @ZaidBalll @SkySports What is the need of contacting Nottingham Forest when the did has already been done. I hope these VAR errors will be reduced in the coming season. It’s one too many, this is why VAR was introduce but there’s still a lot of errors.
