    @pirate9853 @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Yep, according to Sky, Openreach can take up to 3-5 WORKING DAYS to rectify a mistake they made!!?? So could be using my 4G well into next week. Terrible ‘customer service’ from Openreach. Technically Sky are their customer so I don’t matter and Openreach don’t care 🤬🤬

    Can’t believe how long it has taken for @SkyUK to sort out the broadband…went down on 7th August 2021 and still no service. Unbelievable.

    @SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

    @SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

    Fantastic help from @SkyHelpTeam in trying to put right @OpenreachHelp mess. Messed up appointments, engineer tries to pull fibre at second attempt-can’t, leaves having trashed line to house. No phone, no broadband 🤬#ownuptoit #fibrefail

    Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Can I DM you my details and please can you try to give me some kind of update as I have no faith in calling in. I have done this on numerous occasions and no one can give me any time scales or an update as to when I will get internet service again. I have had to pay for more data

    So tomorrow will be 5 weeks without any internet service from @SkyUK they can’t sort the issue out with @OpenreachHelp made numerous phone calls and no one can give me any time scales as to when this will be sorted out… I give up

    @james_maher @southbanklaffs @SkySports Um if you look at the points on the table, you'll see that is literally the only reason... And I don't have an issue with hawk eye, just you seem to have a massive issue with 'unsportsmanlike conduct', which that is a massive example of. We never spied, just watched in public.
