@SkyHelpTeam ....and you continue to ignore the issue surrounding the potential customer data breach which is separate to the call. Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

@SkyHelpTeam Still no message, that is not a good service at all. Like I said earlier, they should move staff from signing up team to the values/downgrading team as that will get the most traffic & your customers will actually believe that you want them to stay, not that you don't care.

@SkyUK The TV is sooooo poor... 55" version. Washed out colours and sound is not great. It has become the spare TV! Pucks are much more stable now which is good but you need to refund on the TVs. Awful.
