@SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

@_gl_lxuise @SkyUK @virginmedia Same problem here. They keep saying they have fixed the issue when they clearly haven’t. They are good at putting prices up but not at fixing issues. I’m going back to Sky.

@MrNickKnowles @SkyUK I’ve had Sky for over 20 years, cannot fault the connectivity or customer service which has always been first class, when my various contracts have run their course I have negotiated new ones often paying less than the previous contract, we all have different experiences I guess.
