    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, the main box just hangs and is unresponsive (even pressing the power button on the unit). The mini boxes show a connectivity problem message but that is understandable. Q box makes intermittent high pitched noises too

    @SkyHelpTeam we received our Sky Glass tv on Wednesday morning & we’ve been unable to use it as it’s linked to someone else’s account. Spent numerous hours on the phone & still no fix. However I’ve discovered this is a known issue. Not good enough sky, I want it sorted today!!!
