@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

@SkyUK Guess after 8 years that's a customer going. Sending an email out saying the broadband is going up £4 (15% roughly). Ask for a downgrade & get told I need to pay a £10 admin fee even tho it's in my new cooldown window! Never paid an admin fee in the 8 years! #ripoffBritain
