    @SkyHelpTeam looks like @RoyalMailHelp are lying about delivering my new SkyQ box.....they say delivered, but I’ve been in all day, and no delivery....and no card. Can’t afford to wait 20 mins on hold for Royal Mail Customer Services to make theft complaint....

    @SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

    @SkyHelpTeam ....and you continue to ignore the issue surrounding the potential customer data breach which is separate to the call. Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have been having nothing but problems with our new Sky package order for weeks! Please please please can you provide a contact number so we can speak to someone for help. Not an automated voice message saying to go online. Nothing is getting resolved online 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for responding guys! 10 day turn around for @RoyalMailHelp to respond....installation on Saturday! To be frank, don’t see why I have to do the leg work on resolving this, I’m only a customer after all.

    @SkyHelpTeam customer services are most patronising and unhelpful people on the planet. When @RoyalMailHelp screw up, and I have to fix everything when it’s down to Sky and Royal Mail to fix, a little degree of common sense and flexibility appreciated!

    @SkyHelpTeam can you help! I had an sky tv installation booked in but there was something wrong with the buildings connection. It now fixed but i cant get anywhere to rebook to install Sky and the engineer who said to call once it done so he can come back is not responding back!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I asked for help as my SkyQ box is not recording scheduled shows , either it records an hr later or the other night just a dark screen. I looked at the checklist you gave none of the issues applied, am a VIP and pay by direct debit so issue with subscription, help

    @SkyHelpTeam I get it’s lockdown but cancelling my b/band engineer till April & continuing to only send me 1 booster WITH a delivery charge of £9.99 for each is not good service - I’m paying for something I’m not receiving & your charging me more! Wish we had never gone with Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam The issue will only be resolved by the mini Q being hardwired but due to the hub not having enough ports, we can’t do it, it can’t get resolved. Plus getting through to support is a nightmare and I’m a keyworker
