@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I completely understand why so many people HATE sky, they are absolutely shocking. If I send you a email in ENGLISH, the least I would appreciate is the person reading/responding can also read/write in English, telling me what I wrote in the email doesn't help

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

We can look at our own club and see the tests for take over clubs is not fit for purpose. We can use #avfc as another example club that nearly went under trying to get back in the prem. 70% of the issue is money from TV never goes to anyone.. #Bury #bolton #wba #skysports

Signed up with @SkyUK almost 2months ago & still no TV or box.. I have had my delivery ‘re-arranged’ twice now & AGAIN today I’ve been told I now have to wait until 8th October because the engineer has been overbooked.. What a pile of complete & utter shit.. cheers sky 👍🏼

@SkyHelpTeam 1/2 I think it’s terrible that you’re still advertising a phone that’s had lots of fault complaints about it as a good deal. My boyfriend has a broken phone&neither you or Samsung will fix it, even though he has looked after it well and hasn’t dropped/damaged it.

@SkyHelpTeam No. You can raise the fault with BT openreach immediately. The reason you can’t it that you’ve left an old fault open by mistake which I’m now paying for. That’s not good customer service
