    @SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, are your accessibility team phones down, as when I try to call the dedicated line I get the main switchboard and they can't help or pass me through as they dont have access to the account. Please advise?

    Well said @GNev2 and good for fighting back on the @SkySports issue. They as a broadcaster can’t take sides but they should totally agree this is an big issue and they are part of the problem too as a media outlet. #kickitout

    @AtlantaBluesCFC @SkySports He was a disgrace to himself and his profession that night, there were too many ‘errors’ for it to be just a personal poor performance, imo he cheated us and deliberately didn’t award us any of the penalty appeals in favour of a Barcelona result 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

    @posyworldwide @superbluesteve @SkySports of course not. Health come first and no body wants that. Remember it will be behind closed doors so fans can’t get involved. If they can find a way to finish it safely without any risk then do it as long as their is no risk. Problem is voiding it is probably harder than we think

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

    @SkyUK when you do everything by the book cancelling your subs you don’t cancel your DD Sky take your money and then use the excuse the bill was already generated so wont refund you unless you call back in a months time!!! Won’t be going back there

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    Games are flowing better because refs are allowing contact and Directors aren't showing slow mo after slow mo of possible fouls to create controversy. Skysports and BT sports need to learn from this.

    @SkyUK I am at my wits end. I have called numerous time this week and have wasted hours of my time. I still have a sky glass that doesn’t work and no updates on changing my broadband which I apparently need to make my glass work. Can I speak to someone who can help?
