    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

    @Lukedfrt @SkyUK Well it looks like @SkyUK has got me over a barrel so once my contract ends in September I will definitely say goodbye to them and never ever take Sky television again they did nothing to offer me anything to reduce my monthly bill and yet they can call me a loyal customer

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything offered online to connect my sky+ to broadband so we can have on demand. What else can I do? The other week the broadband signal was poor, that’s got slightly better, now this. Getting a bit fed up with the whole set up.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you be more specific on the issue please? Half my devices are working fine (eg router hard wired to TV), all Apple devices (connected via WiFi have issues). Can you provide any insight here?
