@Lukedfrt @SkyUK Well it looks like @SkyUK has got me over a barrel so once my contract ends in September I will definitely say goodbye to them and never ever take Sky television again they did nothing to offer me anything to reduce my monthly bill and yet they can call me a loyal customer

@SkyUK when you do everything by the book cancelling your subs you don’t cancel your DD Sky take your money and then use the excuse the bill was already generated so wont refund you unless you call back in a months time!!! Won’t be going back there

@BristolLive According to @SkyUK, Ofcom only look at Sky talk & internet this story would have no influence if you have Sky TV only. So you can terminate your contract if you have sky Talk or internet but not if it's early Sky TV according to Sky themselves as I,ve been on the phone to them
