    So @SkySports have done videos of Mesut Ozil’s goals. He’s got some crackers. It’s quite sad, once you see past all the ****. He was may favourite player outside of Arsenal in 2013. Now he virtually means nothing. That feeling changed in an Arsenal shirt. That makes me sad.

    Example of how I fell for a trap 18-month contract with @SkyHelpTeam. Go to record Inside Number 9. Autoselects HD. I cancelled HD so it would fail. I go to other formats select SD have to cancel HD first to make space. Could it give me choice not steal all that time?

    @SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to install your new My Sky app on my android phone. Was like install > sign in (didn't say for Google or Sky) > password again (enter Google password) > enter code (enter from text) > (tiny screen) So you don't locked out > (back to Google Store) sign in >....

    @SkyHelpTeam seriously unhappy with Sky I ordered TV, Talk and BB in early August and still have no BB. A series of delays, confused instructions to Open Reach and now even the Recovery Team cannot resolve. Seriously bad service I wish I had gone elsewhere !

    @SkyHelpTeam it appears that broadband is down again. We have all 3 green lights on our hub but no wifi connection. Also heard from others around #Cornwall that theirs is down too.

    Well it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with TV at the moment? Can’t get any channels. We’re in the TR11 Falmouth Cornwall area. Broadband, Netflix etc working still though.

    @SkyHelpTeam 1. I am currently suffering from very very bad tinnitus. I could not understand what was causing it but I knew it was worse after watching tv. I saw the doctor, a private ENT specialist, had my ear wax removed and even went to an osteopath……

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam you really are a joke. Waited for the promised call on Friday. Nothing. Just called, back line, cut off & no call back. So I'll wait another 3 days .... not like I haven't wait 2 months!!!! Looks like the complaint to the independent party is the way forward

    @SkyHelpTeam 4. with a high pitched buzzing constantly in your ears. My anxiety has gone through the roof. As there’s no cure for tinnitus, I can only hope it settles down now that I have found the problem. I sent Sky an email outlining what has happened but naturally…..

    @SkyHelpTeam Genuinely without a doubt thee worst customer service from a company I've ever seen. For the last 2 months you can barely get through as the call ends saying you're too busy then when you finally do i get someone in India who barely understands me and vice versa! 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Poor customer service, had an upgrade to fibre500 on Wednesday 25th June and from then till today 30th June I haven't had Internet and no Engineer has been sent over to fix this issue even after several calls made

    @AkaPaulHoward Fully agree, normal poor response from sky sports presenter, used to be good informative channel, now just after quick sound bites with no context. Missed the point completely @SkySports, which seems the norm these days.
