@SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW. I will if the subtitles disappear. Sometimes it has been my wifi signal. Sometimes a blip elsewhere.

  • NickJaye1
Nick Jaye (@NickJaye1) reported from Probus, England

@SkySports I agree never heard anything so one sided in Liverpool’s favour

  • sophsweet
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

Pity @SkyUK has decided to bury information about what new films have come out on Sky Cinema. I will be cancelling. This after no price reduction and over half reduction in new premieres. Bad customer UX.

  • NDK72
Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England

Hey @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with TV at the moment? Can’t get any channels. We’re in the TR11 Falmouth Cornwall area. Broadband, Netflix etc working still though.

  • NDK72
Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England

Well it seems like I've sorted our @SkyUK Q Box + Google mesh WiFi daily disconnecting problem. I've had to cable connect the Q box into the mesh pod. Bit of a pain as I had both my games consoles hardwired. Such a pity the two systems don't play nicely together :(

  • sophsweet
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

@SkyHelpTeam Oh no. Thank you for the warnings. However, I was having this issue with Series 1, which I am rewatching before series 2. It seems as if I have to do a huge route around for each episode. Surely the decision to watch is with viewers to decide what themes are sensitive?

  • JeremySquibb
JeremySquibb 💙💛 (@JeremySquibb) reported from Helston, England

@adamcoatham @VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam Cheers. When I spoke to @SkyHelpTeam they didn’t seem to have much of an idea what is going on. Spent 4 hours yesterday and today trying to get this resolved, and still not working so can’t watch the sport I wanted. You know the song @lufc #lufc sing about @SkySports

  • gillings76
simon gillings (@gillings76) reported from Newquay, England

@SkyUK a very letdown 20 plus year customer increasing my bill by over 45% as out of contract with no communication whatsoever - but it’s ok to send me multiple emails about your products all the time #disgrace

  • Jeanniec007
Jeannie Cain (@Jeanniec007) reported from Truro, England

@SkyHelpTeam It's resolved now but I had been online and working through your loop never ever to find a phone number to a human or to resolve the issue

  • cornishsportG
mark (@cornishsportG) reported from Flushing, England

@SkyHelpTeam charging a 20 year customer who is on furlough in a global pandemic and can't afford it 60 quid to cancel sky sports off the contract is a pretty terrible thing to isn't it . What a lovely company you are .

  • ClaireIrons3
Claire Irons (@ClaireIrons3) reported from Truro, England

@SkyHelpTeam why is my internet down again...Truro in Cornwall?

  • sophsweet
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you Carol, that is great. As feedback, if a subtitle issue is reported to check at source across all equipment before asking questions. I've been asked so many different questions when I report subtitle issues, when this could be a 3 message conversation not 4 hours to sort

  • sophsweet
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

@SkyHelpTeam You're sorry I take issue? Take some responsibility please. How rude. I provided information that Playing God is a film on Sky Cinema, see the thread, which I watched in HD and Tony asked which episode it was. A week before Jason replied to thank me for reporting the issue.

  • Poldisleftpeg
Brad (@Poldisleftpeg) reported from Saint Agnes, England

So @SkySports have done videos of Mesut Ozil’s goals. He’s got some crackers. It’s quite sad, once you see past all the ****. He was may favourite player outside of Arsenal in 2013. Now he virtually means nothing. That feeling changed in an Arsenal shirt. That makes me sad.

  • MikecityKent
Mike Kent (@MikecityKent) reported from Redruth, England

@JimmyMuratt @WalkerCup It would be nice to watch it the UK. Poor from @SkySports, surely could have been on sports mix

  • sophsweet
Sophie Sweatman (@sophsweet) reported from Falmouth, England

@SkyHelpTeam Previously on many many many occasions, Carole, Jason and many others have told me if there is an issue at source without knowing about my equipment. I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.

  • pholly22
Penny Hollywood (@pholly22) reported from Truro, England

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down and I’m working at home for the NHS!!! Please help

  • richarddrew788
Richard Drew (@richarddrew788) reported from Redruth, England

@DarrenWolves @SkySports Not bad for a Liverpool supporter

  • NDK72
Nigel K (@NDK72) reported from Falmouth, England

@SkyHelpTeam This morning I've hardwired the q box into one of the Google mesh pods to see if that helps. Seems to be bit of a problem looking online.

@Blue_Footy @SkySports Yes, we're always interested in another play, never have we gotten a player without making unnecessary noise. Of course unless we're signing another bum without any experience.

  • Ricky81D
    Ricky (@Ricky81D) reported

@tonylon83 @SkyHelpTeam @skytv Honestly, all they have to do is put a phone number on the website, or better still give existing customers the deals new customers get, £149 a month existing, same deal as a new customer £49 for 24 months.

  • mellieleeds
    Mel (@mellieleeds) reported

@SkyHelpTeam @Ricky81D The sheer numbers of people asking for help via this channel surely shows a need is there?

@Ethanisraelite @SkyHelpTeam Not a troll reply, but how did you send this tweet Ethan? Can you not use whatever connection used to login to your Sky account to pay?

  • RFC1872UK
    🇬🇧❤️🤍💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@RFC1872UK) reported

@Davidatha_10 @EwenDCameron The leagues by and he’s on holiday and you all seem to be missing a very crucial part of why he actually hasn’t spoken about the ****** of the league which is that if Celt*c fans hadn’t invaded the pitch then McInnes would’ve given an after match interview on SkySports where he would’ve spoken about it and he wouldn’t have been silent but he never got the opportunity to do as they invaded the pitch so that isn’t his fault and he doesn’t actually have to speak about it now as it’s been and gone. When I come to think of it, most managers don’t actually speak about things like that outside of TV interviews after the match. Some younger managers may put an instagram post but it’s mainly done via interviews on club socials or the media and as I said, the fact that doesn’t exist from him lies to two clubs, Cel*ic and Hearts. Heart’s social media and networking team should be the ones receiving the flak as it’s them that are responsible for putting out the club content.
